I was very impressed with my experience at homer Skelton every one was helpful,I was expecially impressed with my salesman Jonathan sweat he seemed to be straight foward and very concerning about customer satisfaction unlike salesmen at other dealerships were they make you feel as if they only care about selling a vechile I would definitely rate him 5 stars as a sales person!

Zero Stars from me! We started looking for a new used F-150 last fall. When looking on their site, I had to put in my contact information, BIG MISTAKE! Their Internet team hound me for weeks to come test drive different F-150. Finally I agreed to come look at one which appeared to meet my desires only to find out it was not on the lot, still making it’s way from the Midwest auction site! Then a couple weeks later the same thing happened! Then I saw one online at their Millington location which catch my eye and asked them if they could bring it to Olive Branch for me to test drive. We liked the unit and reached a deal. They even offered a ‘free oil change’ the next time the vehicle computer said it was time. They also said the second set of keys were probably at the Millington location and they would get them for me within a couple of day. A couple days later we started calling asking about the second set of key. No one would return our calls, so my wife went by to check on them. Brandon Turner, Sales Manager, told her there wasn’t a second set of keys and since it was not listed on the ‘I Owe You’ form,they weren’t obligated to pay for another set of keys, but he did offer her a Chick-Fil-A coupon! Back to the free oil change! Once we got home and started scrolling through the various displays, only 12% life was remaining before an oil changes was needed. So instead of free oil change after 5000 miles or so, we had a few oil changes after a couple 100 miles! Needs to say, they will never touch my dipstick

I have bought 2 cars in less than a year from Homer Skelton. Eric Cash was my sales and he is willing to get the car you want and goes out of his way 2 make sure you get what you came for. BJ Brown in finance is top notch. I will not go anywhere else to get my next car.

She was patient with my family and helped us make the right decision for us.. Amber helped me with all the extra bells and whistles for my new ride - ensuring that I'm getting the most out of my new vehicle. The team at Homer Skelton Ford was great.
