Amber was my sales person. I personally do not like to feel pressured and my experience with Amber was excellent. She was available to answer any questions but she allowed me the space to shop for what I wanted. I have told several relatives about her and I will continue to do so. When I brought my vehicle in for service, Trey was my service advisor. He asked me would I be staying. I asked how long would I be. He gave me an estimate and my vehicle was ready sooner than estimated. When I went to pay for the service, the clerk was very polite. She engaged me in friendly conversation. I have no issues with my dealership. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

My experience was excellent. My salesman was Brian Jackson. If you are looking to buy pre-owned or brand new, he is the man to see. He’s very dedicated and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. I give him and the dealership 5 stars !!! Purchased vehicle on 9/12/21.

Well the sales department is good but the service department well it’s totally different. Horrible when I’m there to get a oil change they say hour and a half well after that hour and a half is gone my car is still sitting two hours later and it finally goes back to get a oil change and I say something to them and they say well we’re busy you should have got here when we opened this morning by this time I’ve been here for 3 hours and 45 minutes just for a oil change. Seriously carrying you car or truck the landers Dodge in Southaven

The undercarriage panel was dragging & I also needed an oil change. Got the works pkg & it only took 1.5 hrs. I like that they do first come first served rather than appts.

Josh was very courteous and informative. He took my wants and delivered! He was very helpful. Josh found out what I wanted and looked through your inventory to find the perfect vehicle. I am so glad I got him as my salesman! Everything went like clockwork. The papers were filled out and approved in a timely manor.

Andrew and the staff at Homer Skelton Ford went out of their way to help us when we had a breakdown on Friday, while traveling cross country. We were bringing my sister and her 2 dogs to FL from KS, and pulling her car on a trailer behind us. We were able to exit the hwy, & pull into a truck stop in Olive Branch MS, where I started searching for a nearby Ford dealership, and called HSF. Andrew came to us in his personal vehicle to bring us and the dogs to the shop. After checking the truck it was decided we could drive to his nearby dealership, and he led us there. Unfortunately we needed a part that could not arrive till Monday, in spite of the service departments best efforts trying to get it same day. This would mean a 3 day hotel stay. Your staff tried to help us find a rental car, so my sister and I could go home, but couldn't get one, so they helped us find a hotel that accepted pets. Andrew loaded all our luggage, the dogs, and the 3 of us into his personal vehicle and took us to the hotel, stayed until we were checked in, & gave me his cell number in case we needed anything. He also came back for us Monday to bring us back to the shop when our truck repair was complete. Everyone was very helpful, and professional, dealing with us in a stressful situation. Thank you!

Called and spoke with a lady who was very respectful and setup and appointment to checkout the truck. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile. Great questions to understand the truck that I wanted to purchase.
