Worst experience I’ve had while trying to buy a car which I do on average once per year!!! Inquired online to avoid wasting anyone’s time, in true car sales fashion they insisted I come test drive and bring my trade to view in person. My wife and I discussed and because the vehicle was exactly what she wanted we both took off work, scheduled the appointment and drove the 45 mins one way the next day. The appointment was confirmed 2 hours earlier, then again when we were 20 mins out. Little did I know this was not “good customer service” but them panicking but they were about to waste my time. After sitting for 40 mins the finance manager (who I had never met and shouldn’t have had anything to do with us since we were paying cash) drew the short straw and informed us that the owner’s son had the vehicle and was not answering his phone. Never an apology… just a smug shrug of the shoulder almost to say “sucks to be you”. I asked what they were going to do about it and his response was “nothing we can do… I didn’t set the appointment”. I asked for my fuel reimbursement and after letting us sit another 10 mins he came back and said “he’ll knock $250 off the price of the car and give a free tank of gas”. I found out later that “he” was the GM but like everyone else felt no need to take ownership or apologize or even show his face. I then opted to just get my car and leave without loosing my cool and was stuck in this horrible dream. I had a smug sales rep copping an attitude saying “I didn’t schedule the appointment”, I had a group of frat boys chatting it up behind the “managers” counter, not another customer insight but they couldn’t get my car that I intended on trading tracked down. I finally had to go to the “managers counter” and insist they get my car back there now and only after doing that did my vehicle magically appear. Final words were “Would you like to come back Monday to see it?” to which my response was and still is “Have the owner give me a shout with an apology since no one else could utter those words and we’ll talk.” I’m interested in the Lincoln MKC your son’s driving if he’s willing to give it up.

Eric is so knowledgeable and helpful. He has a keen eye for detail. He bent over backwards to get the note we wanted. This is the second vehicle that we bought from Eric. He never disappoints! We came in looking for a diesel truck and he brought us one that we fell in love with!. Everyone was very helpful and the process was smooth and painless.

Would use again
Quick and easy, no haggle prices comparable to others in the area. All questions answered, financing was easy to obtain. They even helped me get through to insurance on a Saturday which was difficult.

Amber was my sales person. I personally do not like to feel pressured and my experience with Amber was excellent. She was available to answer any questions but she allowed me the space to shop for what I wanted. I have told several relatives about her and I will continue to do so. When I brought my vehicle in for service, Trey was my service advisor. He asked me would I be staying. I asked how long would I be. He gave me an estimate and my vehicle was ready sooner than estimated. When I went to pay for the service, the clerk was very polite. She engaged me in friendly conversation. I have no issues with my dealership. Overall, I had a very positive experience.
