Shady & Unprofessional
My wife and I bought a used Cadillac in 2018 and we worked with Tim Richey. We live in El Dorado Hills, Ca and they delivered the car to us. Carfax showed no accidents. Once in our possession, the car broke down 2 times, and we had to have it towed to the service department in Roseville. It was discovered that the car had been in an accident and loose wiring caused the problem. At the time I was concerned and called Tim Richey, and he informed me if I resold the car I did not need to disclose the accident and it would not affect the future sale of the car. He paid me $1,000 for our trouble and I thought the issue was resolved. Now the paint is cracking at the same location of the previous accident. I contacted Tim a few weeks ago and sent him pictures of the issue. Initially, he said he would get back to me, but now he won't return my call or text message. I can not sell the car as a clean carfax because of the paint issue. This is very poor customer service and shows the dishonesty of the general manager and part-owner, Tim Richey. I will now be contacting general motors & filing my complaint.
Isidro called me with updates and they even completed the needed repairs a day earlier than the estimated time to complete!
