From start to finish this was a great experience! Every other place wanted to “play the game” but not Hilbish Ford! I told them what I wanted in a new car, they found it, we agreed on pricing and my trade in value, loan process was made simple, signed the papers and was on my way! Highly recommend…..you can bet that I’ll be back the next time I’m looking for a car!

BEWARE! THEY SELL LEMONS! Purchased a used vehicle from Hilbish Ford in October in "As-Is" condition, only to discover the transmission is dead. Had our personal mechanic inspect it and he confirmed there is NO WAY Hilbish did not know about this problem. This was NOT disclosed in any way when we purchased the car. "As-Is" condition agreements are only valid if ALL information is disclosed at time of sale. We dropped the car to them and they confirmed the transmission is dead and will cost $8000 to replace. They are unwilling to work with us and have told us this is a total loss on our part. Have filed a claim with the BBB and have contacted a lawyer. BEWARE! THEY SELL LEMONS!

I have been leasing from Hilbish Ford since 2013 with excellent service on every vehicle, all Ford Explorers. Truly loved my Explorers, but decided it was time to give up my third row seating (grandkids growing up). Really did not know what vehicle I wanted til I saw the new Ford Bronco Sport commercial, I fell in love, went and test drove one and ordered my Cyber Orange Badlands in January and drove it off the lot on May 13-best vehicle decision of my life. I may be a 70 year old retired ICU RN who went through chemo and radiation last year for gastric lymphoma and am now cancer free, but the feeling I get driving my Bronco down the road with the window down and my chemo curls blowing in the wind listening to Eric Church, absolutely wonderful, thankful, grateful and truly blessed. I can't say nothing but good things about my salesperson, Jennifer H. This is my second vehicle from her, she goes over all details with me, sometimes several times, always answers my calls and questions, and is extremely honest with me, that is why I love her so. I decided to purchase my Bronco instead of lease, I love it so. I recommend Hilbish to others and also Jennifer, she also sold my sister an Expedition a couple of years ago. Jennifer stays in contact with her customers long after the sale to make sure they are happy, she becomes your friend. Rebecca Sherrill, a very happy Bronco Sport owner

Dealership sales staff treated like family. Did not try to push me in my decision making. Told me to take my time, made sure that I had answers to all my questions. Made my buying experience easily and stress free.

Jennifer went overboard to make the buying experience enjoyable, Vehicle was prepped and ready to go. The price was reasonable with little haggling required. Would definitely buy from them again.

0 Stars. Day 1: Broke Door Panel Control removing it (didn't tell me) Claimed Door Panel Control needed replacing. Day 2: Put new door panel Control in....couldn't get it to work either. Couldn't take the time over 2 days to truly diagnose, so TEN DAYS LATER I take it back for appointment and was told the tech was sick. Took car home, tore off door panel, put in new Control myself....Took me 30 min. The only problem was TWO WIRES were crossed. That simple. Service here is out to lunch. READ the negative reviews.....the theme is always the same.
