UPDATE: Please be aware and DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE WITH THIS COMPANY before they fix any issues with the vehicle. Before we bought the vehicle it had 2 lights on and we ask them several times to make sure these were going to be fixed. For “peace of mind” they signed a document were they stated they were going to fix the issues the next day. Next day we called and NO ANSWER. Call them again and was told a manager was going to return our calls and schedule an appointment. Waited all day and no phone call. By the third day still no phone call. Finally took the car to the BMW to check if these issues were fixable otherwise I was taking this car back to them. IT NEEDED A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE and some electrical issue fixed. I PAID OUT OF MY POCKET TO GET THESE ISSUES FIXED. I have called them numerous time and NO ANSWER. The least they can do is refund me the money. Yet still no answer. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT PURCHASE THE VEHICLE IF THEY DON’T FIX THE ISSUES BEFORE YOU TAKE IT OUT THE LOT OTHERWISE EXPECT TO BE SCREWED LIKE WE WERE!

So after working with Hgreg for a car I was really interested in purchasing everything was all set with them for me to come in and check out the car. I lived 4 hours away from the dealership and had coordinated my visit with my salesman to arrive on Saturday. I was ready to walk out of there with my new vehicle and all ready pre approved. I had to requirement from Hgreg and that was to have the electrical vehicle charged and ready for me to test drive. I specifically ask this twice to make sure it was charged. STRIKE 1. Needless to say when I got there the vehicle was still completely dead. STRIKE 2. When we plugged in the vehicle it didn’t take a charge. STRIKE 3 neither the salesman nor manager knew anything about the vehicle or how to operate it. STRIKE 4. I crawled under the vehicle to inspect it and it was FULL of dried mud clumps like it had been driven through a mud pit. The vehicle was obviously not inspected very well at all! STRIKE 5. The interior of the vehicle was dirty as can be. It was clearly not ready for anyone to purchase. Run AWAY from Hgreg as fast as you can. I’m sure this review will not make it onto their webpage as they review all them prior to going on their page. I will make sure I spread to word as far and fast on how terrible this dealership was. Just a disgrace. All I received was a sorry. Guess that 8 hour round trip was a complete waste of time and money.

Overall I had a good experience at the Miami Location. The sales team was very helpful with whole process and even found a solution to a small hiccup we had but it was sorted out very quickly. Everyone from sales to the location manager was very approachable and friendly. Definitely recommend.

I personally loved my first experience was absolutely exceptional. As a woman going car shopping alone is intimidating and it's hard not to be defensive and untrusting especially because I was formally employed as a car salesperson, I know all the tricks in the book. Despite my experience in car sales, I had never leased a car myself. I shopped around a few places and wasn't impressed or buying the hard sales pitches or misleading information or clear disregard for what i needed and was looking for in a new car. I then went to Greg in Doral by recommendation by a few people. I was immediately greeted by the staff as soon as I walked in the door with smiles and welcomes and was introduced quickly to Breider Camelo. I was exhausted and feeling a little hopeless because of my prior visit to another dealer that ran my credit and gave me little hopes of finding something in my price range and high payments. Within minutes of meeting Breider I expressed that I knew my credit was not good, I needed a car that was in a certain price range and wasn't there to waste my time or have my hopes down. He was kind and listened and encouraged me to stop shooting myself down and he could work with my needs and not so great credit. I was skeptical but as soon as we began looking for cars he really made me understand that he truly wanted to help me find what i wanted and what was attainable for me no matter how long it would take. I ended up test driving 4 cars and went to 2 HGreg lots on the mission to find the best car for me and never felt pressured or rushed. He was friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and made it known that he was listening and cared about what i was looking for over selling me something just to make a sale. Hours later i picked what i thought was best for me and nervously applied hoping for a miracle and also feeling guilty if all that time he helped me would of been for nothing if i was denied. I was approved and i couldn't have been happier, Every single staff member that assisted me throughout the entire process was so kind, professional and genuine about being happy to help me get the car i really needed after a rough month. Thank you so much Breider Camelo for your kindness, encouragement and help. HGreg and Breider really blew me away and i'm so grateful :)

Jose Rodriguez was a wonderful host. I hate going into dealerships but this wasn't a bad experience. There was no backwards talking or trying to get you to pay more or get a cosigner and our credit is below 600. Didn't feel judged. Jose was personable without being unprofessional. Everyone we spoke with was personable and professional. I just wish they gave more than 3 days to bring back if something is wrong with it but other than that it was a very very cool experience. Would definitely recommend.
