They were very helpful and held the car for me to test drive. The sales process was painless and efficient. There was a dealer markup on the Leaf, but that was expected due to the high demand.

SCAM!!! Lease was maturing and we were buying it out. Dealership was trying to charge a “fee” of $2,500 which was not in our contract. Whole team was confrontational and unwilling to help. Was forced to go through Nissan directly. Salesperson: Richard Torres Manager: Shazir Ali Shady people just trying to make a dollar.

Hard Pull my credit without my permission!

xxxxxxxx service and xxxxed up my credit score! I saw an advertisements so I reached out and they asked me to come in.. I did. The car I came for is not there so they showered me another car. Fine… they said, let’s talk numbers.. I said okay, but please don’t do a hard pull on my credit…. Whats messed up is I asked them twice not to run a hard pull on my credit. .. they said they won’t and that I shouldn’t worry?!? But 2 minutes late, I got alerts that said that someone just pulled a hard inquiry.. xxx?!? I’m Down 3 points… cause of them. All they can say is sorry, miss communication between sales team and finance.. no excuse for this… no excuse that they lied to me. Lied to me to get in to the place, lied to me and ran a hard pull… xxx! Don’t go here people. I’m trying to buy a house and could lose out on thousands of dollars because of them! I was so mad.. sorry doesn’t fix my credit score. Times are tough already, now I have to deal with this BS dealership messing up my credit score.

I moved to San Diego a couple months ago and I needed my oil change prior to a road trip to Las Vegas. Isaac was amazing at helping me make a last minute appointment. Even though I live in San Diego I still go to Buena Park for services. I love their customer service! Go to Isaac he is very nice and very helpful, but everyone there is just as great!

if i can give a negative star for this dealership i will .. typical bait and switch dealership i went to check out a car that suppose to be held for me and i offer to make a downpayment salesman said to come in. Came in no car and they offer me another used car which im not in the market for. Note Puente hills Nissan is the sister company of this dealership and also a bait and switch dealership

I wish I can give zero stars. My vehicle was supposed to be done third. I called Saturday to see it it was done at 930 am. They said yes I was coming from corona and when I got there. Oops your car not ready. I told them I came from corona do you have a loaner because my ride left he said no and walked away. They are horrible

Was able to get a good deal on my second lease on a Nissan Leaf (last one was great but expensive). Everything went well until the computer system crashed. I was still able to drive the car home that day but it was then 2 months of follow up texts and calls to make sure I got all of my paperwork returned and to set up my lease payment. I felt that after I signed the lease agreement, I was no longer a priority. I overpaid during my first lease but the process afterwards, including getting all of the rebates and HOV decals went smoothly. This time around, the opposite happened. Nissan has to prepare contingency plans for when their systems crash and train their dealerships to make sure to tie up all loose ends when it comes to sales made during those crashes. I've never done so much work trying to pay for something in my life!
