I was excited to purchase one particular LS 500
I was excited to purchase one particular LS 500 advertised as in stock and I completed the financing application at the direction of Daniel Lee and received approval. I provided info about my GX 460 trade in. I scheduled an appointment with him and when I was on my way to the dealership, I reached out to him to let him know that I was on my way and he let me know that the car was being sold to someone else and immediately tried to sell me a different car that did not meet my specifications. This is my 5th Lexus purchase. I have never experienced this type of bait and switch tactic from a Lexus salesperson. This is the type of sales tactic I expect from CarMax. Daniel Lee then proceeded to send multiple emails to me with details about other vehicles that did not meet my specific request. Why would he send me vehicles that are not within what I asked for? It felt like he wasn’t listening to me. He wasted a significant amount of my time over the past few days and it was clear that he didn’t respect my time. After this experience with Daniel Lee, I reached out to Nalley Lexus and told them what I was looking for. They sent over the perfect vehicle and I completed much of the paperwork online. They placed a SOLD sign on the vehicle I wanted and set an appointment with me at my convenience. They assured me that my vehicle would not be sold to someone else. I went into their dealership, brought my trade-in, quickly finished the paperwork and drove away with my LS 500. I reached out to the Hennessey Internet Sales Director and received no reply. Daniel Lee did not provide the Lexus experience I have come to know after 20 years of buying Lexus vehicles.

I asked about seeing a few other models and her response was "You're here to see this car, hold on, we'll get to the others later" Just an overall unpleasant experience with her. Would never want her as my salesperson.
