Horrible Customer Service with Lincoln Aviator
We ordered and purchased a new 2022 Aviator that took about 7 months to be delivered. Our original sales rep was no longer with the dealership once it was delivered. Our delivery pickup was no superb and the car malfunctioned about 2 weeks after we received it . The process to wait until service calls us to get our vehicle fixed was ridiculous. In addition, we ordered floor liners and a cargo area cover as a part of our package that is clearly outlined in the purchase order. We have gone back and forth over some $300 mats that they state is not in our package given we paid cash for the vehicle. We now don't receive return phone calls from the sales manager Andrew Helin or any other individuals that we are told will return our call to rectify the situation. So we will work with Angela Krause Lincoln dealership moving forward and reorder the items we have already purchased through them. We do love our vehicle though!!
Took my f250 2020 for a 30 k service.
Took my f250 2020 for a 30 k service. They charged me and then forgot to replace the Windshield wiper blades after I notice they forgot to tap the windshield wiper liquid that I requested. Stay there waiting very patience for an alignment that after I left notice the wheel was off. Call back the advisor said to bring it tomorrow or next day cause he doesn’t have anyone there. Same thing happens last time didn’t complain but this second time unbelievable. What’s the difference between there and another service center. Just don’t trust them anymore too many issues.

I had my vehicle towed there on May 28.
I had my vehicle towed there on May 28. Today is June 22. Noone ever called me to say hey, nothing! I went back up there a week later for an update on my repairs only to find out that my vehicle was still parked in the same spot where the tow truck driver had left it. Noone diagnosed it yet or anything. I was assured that someone would look at my vehicle and that I'd get a call back. I didn't get any paper work nothing. On the second week that my vehicle was on the lot, I visited the dealership yet again and noticed the same thing! An adviser walked up to my vehicle with me and again reassured me that it would get taken care of. Mind you while all of these lies are being told to me, I've rented cars, caught ubers, and the Marta bus, my daughter and boyfriend drove me and picked me up as well. I have two jobs and I'm also the guardian of my mother and brother so I truly need my vehicle badly. I have been calling the dealership for three weeks trying speak with a manager. I left a voice mail or two hoping that I'd get a call back, still nothing. My son took my to the dealership yesterday June 21, 2022 and I was floored! There were service advisors there helping at least three other customers. I was barely noticed or spoken to when I entered the service department. I asked if the manager Chris Davis was present. I was told yes but he's in a meeting. Personally I felt that that was another false hood being told to me, because this I called his phone repeatedly and never got an answer or a call back. I was told to wait. I couldn't wait any longer and decided to speak with another manager who's name I believe was Dwelling or something like that. I told him about what happened about how I was ignored as a customer and that no one ever called to touch bases with me about my vehicle and he looked at me as he couldn't care less! I questioned him by asking how my vehicle got ignored like that? Of course he made up some weak excuse. Then he went on to tell me, give him till tomorrow evening and he'll be guaranteed to call me with information about my vehicle. I'm tired, my body is in pain. I am a two time colon cancer survivor and I'm trying my best to work and care for my family and this happened.

SALE PRICE DISPUTE 06/18: Marsha appraised my vehicle at a price consistent with KBB on June 9th. Carl Lane was supposed to send paperwork on June 10th. He never sent the paperwork. Never called with a status update. Managers and salesmen will not return calls. Carl finally took my call on June 17th and said he would have the paperwork sent over and call me back with a confirmation. Never did. On June 18th they reappraised the vehicle (which had remained at their dealership) at a lower value. Would not acknowledge previous appraisal. Never sent paperwork or confirmation when requested. Will not put anything in writing. Investigations to follow - results will be posted here. UPDATE 06/20 - Got back in touch with Marsha. She has been very helpful. Dealership will honor the original agreed to price, if the voucher in my inbox is correct. If this transaction goes through I will update my review again to reflect.

UPDATE 07/07 - Ultimately they did the right thing and sent the check for the agreed to price. The dealership sent it to the wrong address but once that issue was identified they had it shipped to a local UPS store where I was able to pick it up.
Dealership is shady, changed Base price after signed copy
Dealership is shady, changed Base price after signed copy to add unadvertised Ceramic add on for $3999 after already had been charged 1700 plus dollars for Resistal which clearly states it is a exterior package. As anyone would know you cannot apply to separate coatings. Just another way for the Dealership to take money from Customers. I am sending in a complaint to the BBB and also Ford on the shady practices. So in essence they charge a customer 3999.00 for nothing. This is exactly what gives car dealers a bad name. Spoke with Sales Manager and his statement basically was tough luck. Also requested my tag to be transferred and not a word has been done but was also charged for this. I have a interview scheduled soon with the local new station to expose this, hopefully they can stop said practices from happening to anyone else.
