I took my Jeep to Hendrik thinking that it being OEM would get the Job done. I'll admit I was an idiot in telling them all I have is 2K and can't go over that. My car engine light was on and when they diagnosed it they said they needed to change some sort of tank and the cost on that was $800. They asked if they could do a whole bunch of other things and Since it was in my budget I said yes. When I saw the bill, they charged $120 for the labor of changing spark plugs... I thought that was a bit pricey but hey, they told me the car was fixed so I payed up 2K, 1k supposedly on them fixing the issue and the other on maitenace stuff. Before I signed the papers I had asked " They tested it and made sure everything was okay?" and they told me yes. In less then 10 min Lo and behold on the drive home the light came back on and the car shut down on me again... I call, bring it back, several days later they call me back saying its the tank and fuel pump. They wanted to charge me for both. I told hem they just changed that tank and the person stayed quiet, then said ohh yes you are right. It's covered under the warranty... So its just the fuel pump and that will be 1K. I told them that I don't have that money and to proceed with the tank as apparently they did a bad job and it's covered, she said they won't change the tank because it's just going to go bad again unless I do the pump. My question is, why didn't they diganose it properly the firsts time and use the 2K in the real issue instead of adding an inflated 1K in maintenance I could have done myself or could have gotten done cheaper somewhere else? I got tired of it, I asked how much they would give me for the Jeep if I sold it, they said 8K, and I just put in 2K on it!!! so really they are getting the car for 6K!!! I expected more from a Jeep Dealer. They have lost my business

Professional, friendly - and Southern hospitality!
On a road trip from Cape Cod to Florida in our Jeep Grand Cherokee, we stopped in Fayetteville for gas, and found that the interior gas filler would not open. After an anxious struggle, and out of ideas, we were fortunate to discover Hendrick Chrysler Jeep Fiat nearby. As soon as we walked in Tony greeted us and asked how he could be of service. With Joe and Andrew, the problem was diagnosed, fixed, and we learned what to do if it happened again. A real example of Southern hospitality, and a tribute to the service department at Hendrick. Just came in to inquire about a new car. Mr. Wayne Johnson II was very nice and answered all of my questions. He talked to me about the new versus the used. Once I told him that I came in to trade my Jeep for a new one, he worked hard for me to beable to leave with one. After my purchase, he has been in contact with me to check to make sure everything is good. I had questions, and he did not hesitate to answer them. Who knew? 2021 Jeeps do not have a spare tire
Even though I gave this dealership 5 stars in an earlier review, I am giving it 4 now. I like the Jeep Cherokee I bought, but am upset that I was NEVER TOLD there is no spare tire for this vehicle! You have to buy it separately. So ridiculous to have so many other useless features but not a spare.
