Bad service
I sent my car for a specific reason, got it back 2 days later, and it was still doing the same thing, I got it the day before Thanksgiving thinking it was fixed, ended not being able to go home to my parents for Thanksgiving, could not get a loaner, or rent one, everything was closed down, it was horrible, not being able to go anywhere, holiday ruined.
