Henderson Chevrolet Buick GMC

Apparently I spoke too fast! I purhased a 2021 Z71 on this past July 11 and Henderson Chey was supposed to pay off my trade in as part of the deal. As of today its still not paid off and I and now facing making payments and late fees on a truck I no longer own because this dealership failed to follow through on what the agreed to in writing! Even after multiple phone calls to the General manager, the finance manager, sales, and a message to Ron Faupel nothing has happened, this was the second vehicle I have purchased there but I wont make that mistake again. Everything went great got me in fast and they have a nice snack bar and a wide variety of coffee and tea great updates fast service!!

I had a radio repaired in my Buick LaCrosse cost $1300. It worked 6 days and quit now they want $1700 in parts plus labor to fix the same problem. I was told the repair had a 2 year warranty I guess that was a lie. If I could put less than 1 star for Taylor and Henderson Chevrolet I would.

I Had bought a vehicle before at Henderson Chevrolet, I had an excellent F250 that I no longer needed and wanted to get something more fuel efficient so I decided to give them another shot. Long story short, I was able to get a low mileage 1/2 ton well equipped pickup at a good deal that had everything I wanted. Bryan, Sam, and Chris worked with me and got the price where I wanted it. Very good folks and they kept working to get the price where I needed it.

Buying: Very poor experience buying a vehicle here. Constant adding of unneeded services and conditions. Wouldn’t send a friend or relative here. Service department: went in for an oil change. Found it interesting that everyone “needed” additional service of some kind on their vehicle.

They did a great job getting us what we wanted and even helped us get there. This type of service is what keeps us coming back!!

Scam scam scam terrible place to buy a vehicle from my senior citizen widowed mother change Apple password was lied to told that nothing was wrong with the vehicle it lasted a whole three days until the vehicle blew up they knew exactly the condition of the vehicle she got taken full advantage of They will not return phone calls they will not do anything to rectify the situation had it checked out by another mechanic and he said should have never sold the vehicle in that condition they had to know what kind of condition the vehicle was in and they fixed it up Just enough to sell it and get it off the lot three days later engine blew up brakes locked up a total hunk of junk beware of this place

WOW!!! Just WOW!! I had purchased a vehicle a month ago and realized that I just wasn't going to be able to make the payments. I tried every way that I could and I just couldn't get it to work. I went back and talked with Keith and he was a savior!! Not only did get my payments down where they were manageable, but he also put me in a brand new vehicle!!! Please, whatever you are thinking of please go see Keith!! He will not miss lead you just for a sale!! He was very helpful throughout the whole process. I will never go anywhere else!!! Thanks Keith!!!

Grant was great! They got me in a third row and stayed late to make sure I was happy with my vehicle! They were all excellent! Even put gas in the car for me to get back to town and a soda at the store 🙂

We showed up looking for nothing in particular. Our salesman, Kyle was fantastic. Did a great job helping us. We found a fantastic car we love.
