If there was a zero rating, I would give zero rating. I was told that the wind noise that goes in to the window cannot be repaired and there was nothing can be done about it.I just got my car three weeks ago and it apperas to me that your staff have already voided the warranty of the car. The car has only 800 something miles on it. I also have lifetime warranty for the vehicle for drivetrain but This maybe voided already- if your staff cannot provide solution to the wind noise that goes in, what more can they do if drivetrain breaks. Drivetrain is more complicated to work on. Staff has no integrity on the things that they do. It appears to be a scam dealaership. Horrible customer service, a nightmare!

It is clear the employees value their management team. Buying a car is such an arduous, traumatic experience, and no one likes to feel like they're being swindled or pushed. Franco was patient, kind, and not pushy. As a first-time car buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I always feel shorted, taken for granted of each time I’ve Taken my car in for service. They don’t listen, give the wrong estimate of time to completion, try to stiff me with doing an air filter change that another Nissan dealer had already done. They did work on alignment/balance and when I got the the car back the air pressure was off on all tires!! This shows poor attention to small details and means I can’t trust them with the big stuff. I never will go back to these sheisters.

They were professional, efficient, and very accommodating! My purchase presented a little challenge, as the car that I wanted was at another dealership, but they put me at ease and worked hard to make me happy! I am so appreciative of Ben and Brittnay!
