Can’t get my oil leak fixed
Went in for oil leak and got quoted a little over $1,300 got told it was oil pan gasket, got it back and was told it’s fixed, it was still leaking. Then got told it’s the rear main seal and front timing cover and got charged over $1,500 for that job, was told again it was fixed. Still leaking after that got told oil in starter (which there was none) I replaced the starter myself and it was still leaking. Took it back again and then they replaced the oil pan this time and it’s still leaking. I’m not impressed with the service and to spend around $3,000 and they still haven’t fixed my truck is pretty poor service!!!
Sold me a horrible car!!
In March of 2017, I bought a Jeep from this place. The service wa really nice for the process of getting the car super friendly and no beating around the bush. But a few months down the road when the car goes bad ( mind you I’m paying extra a month for a warranty ) I don’t live there so I can’t just walk in and I call and explain how the car is giving out and having issues and I’m told they can’t help & don’t know what warranty I am paying for. So I’m $5000 in debt after repairs on this thing. Don’t go here.
A/C Blowing Hot Air
They fixed the problem; but I hated the cost of the Diagnosis Of A/C System too much.

Worst ever car buying experience
Purchased a used vehicle from First Team Hampton Chevy Mazda and experienced intermittent start issues immediately. Brought the vehicle in for service. Left the vehicle with them for nearly 2 weeks. I was told that because the problem had not duplicated itself, I would have to pick the vehicle up. On the day that I picked up the vehicle, the vehicle did not start for me. I called service multiple times, left messages. Now 2 weeks later, I still have not received a return call. Their service sucks. Not to mention the loaner they gave me was on E but I returned it on full. My vehicle was on 3/4 full when I left it but it was returned on empty. I decided to trade the vehicle in to rid myself of the headache but I lost about $4,000 in the process. I haven't received a return call from the sales manager yet either about getting a refund on the GAP insurance since the vehicle was paid off early. Thinking back, this transaction was doomed from the start when the salesman said he'd deliver the vehicle to me next day but after I signed the papers and walked away, the next day he kept bugging me about when I would pick it up. This has been the worst car buying experience ever. I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT A PRIORITY! So that's what I did. Now all will be well once I get my GAP refund.

No warranty work
I just serviced my new Mazda CX-9. I scheduled my service request and was never told Hampton Chevrolet Mazda was not doing warranty work for Mazda’s any longer. When I was told my car was ready, I was about to grab my keys, say thank you, and be on my way, but much to my surprise I was told please wait ma’am for your total. I said there should be no total my vehicle is under warranty. It wasn’t until today when I was on their website that I learned they are no longer doing warranty work on Mazda’s. I’m sorry that is just a croc. I just spent a lot of money on a new vehicle and you will not honor my warranty. I signed a contract that I believe you cannot just decide not to honor, but legally I will check into that. Regards, Charlene Stump

I truly felt like family while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced! They were having their holiday party and graciously offered me the opportunity to enjoy the food and festivities! I am very pleased with the staff and their hospitality!
