Gwinnett Place Honda

I’ve been bringing my Accord to this dealership for service since I bought it in 2013. They are always professional and timely. They do a great job making recommendations on what services are most necessary to help you budget for the future. I will continue to use this dealership for all of my repairs.

I have always had an excellent service experience at Gwinnett Place Honda. I have worked with several advisors but most recently I worked with Zach who was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this service department to other Honda owners!

Very happy with the service center here. The customer service is fantastic especially when working with Tala. I was unable to wait for my repairs to be completed so they shuttled me to work. When the work was done, he arranged for an Uber to pick me up and bring me back to pick up my car. Thanks Tala!!

Came in for a routine oil change and to have my brakes replaced. I worked with Ken who was very kind and informative. Even though they were extremely busy when I arrived, they took me right in for my appointment and completed my service in under an hour.

Brandon, in the service department, was really polite & helpful in explaining things to me. Came in for an oil change, brakes, and an alignment and was able to take advantage on some of the service specials that they had on their website which helped out.
