Gulfgate Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

The salesman Jeffrey and sales manager are both dishonest. Was quoted from their bdc agent their lowest price, and after driving 3 hours the sales manager tried to mark it up $13,000 from her price which was $10,000 over MSRP. Overall horrible experience and do NOT recommend anyone to waste their time with this dealership.

Easy experience and transaction with Gulfgate Dodge and Mike who made it smooth and easy

Beware we made a 5 hrs trip to see and test drive a specific car. We made an appointment. When we arrived we were told they didn't even have that specific car on lot. What a shady dealership! What a waste of our time and gas!!

We were interested in the scat pack charger they had in the showroom. My wife and I could either go with cash or trade in our vehicle. They had a $12,000 mark up on the vehicle if traded our vehicle! The salesperson person said the scat pack was a sought after vehicle and they sold like hot cakes. The salesperson did not want to work with us and we had good credit with a pre approval with Chrysler Finance! We ended going down the road to the other dealership, who gave a great deal with the vehicle my Wife liked. We will never do business there! I still see they have that vehicle still for sale. Watch out for their mark ups!

Not at all happy with the service we got. They did not want to work with us. We ended up going to another dealership down the road. They marked up the scat pack charger in their showroom, because it sold fast.

I love this dealership, I went to get an oil change. I left about 75.00 in my console.. well when I picked up my jeep the money was still there. Very honest people work there. I thank God for Gulfgate dodge dealer, great service everytime I'm there.

We found out the low rating on yelp and google is true and accurate. Went over there to buy a new jeep, found out the owner had been driving it, waited 4.5 hours for the jeep to come back to find out it has 6k miles and has scratches and overspray on it. We went for a new car not a used one with damage and miles. The sales manager said well we sell at MSRP ++++ and we can knock 1k off. No thanks, there are a lot of car dealerships in Houston. They need to sell cars we do not need to buy one.

Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. General Sales Director is a crook, knows it, and didn't deny it. When I told him he was taking advantage, he never denied it. Stay away!

My husband and I decided we wanted to switch to the Ram brand because of all the great rebates and the new 2020 body style. We traded in our 2017 Ford F 1-50 that we bought in their used car department 7 months ago and are pleased already with our new Ram. Russ took great care of us for the second time in a row!
