I recommend passing this place by when attempting to purchase a used vehicle. We had quite the unpleasant experience with management (Ray). We phoned in to inquire about a vehicle prior to driving the lengthy distance to the dealership. The manager seemed upset that we were asking questions. His answers were short and snappy, and his attitude was quite nasty and rude. He wanted to make sure we understood that customer care wasn't his top priority as customers come and go all the time.

They would not hold the car for two hours while I drove Two hours to look at it. That’s sad. They said I could give them $500 to hold the car, but if I was not interested after looking at it, I would lose my $500. That’s sad too. I’ll stick with dealerships that treat people the same way They would want to be treated.

I have purchased 4 cars from them. They are always professional and have a great selection of high end vehicles with low mileage. I only deal with Phil he is an awesome, and knowledgeable. The owner and Debbie are both great. So if your looking for a nice car, and a great small business, check them out. I have refer friends and family and we all have nice high end vehicles. Thanks GAM

The customer service here was excellent! They helped me out really really well! I way only working with a certain amount and they out me n the car I wanted and they tried their hardest to get as close as possible to an affordable car payment for me!! I cannot comment on the caliber of the cars, but the caliber of the people are excellent. My girlfriend had a blowout a couple blocks before and pulled into the lot. As I was getting ready to change the tire, the guys working there jumped out, brought out a jack and tire iron and had the tire off before I could get out the spare. They took no money and were very gracious. For people with a young child, a long day and a long drive in front, it was a huge deal for us.

A few weeks ago I purchased a car from Guarantee Automaxx and was very pleased with their selection of cars and customer service. Phillip was the salesman who assisted us. He was extremely professional, personable, genuine and relatable. The other staff members were nice as well. Our transaction went smoothly and I am extremely happy with my car! My positive experience with Guarantee Automaxx has completely restored my trust in small auto dealers. A couple years I had the WORST car buying experience imaginable therefore I went into this transaction with many MANY reservations. Phillip honestly answered all of our questions which eased my mind. -One happy customer.
