Their service department is pretty much non existent, after a week of delays on our vehicle the problem was not resolved and continued to to return.

xxxxxxxx bait and switch operation. Car advertised at one price. Asked for formal written quote. Got quote with $3K worth of options. Said I didn't want options, please remove from quote. Was told that options where already "permanently" installed and could not be removed. So the price was BS it was $3K over what they advertised. Run away as fast as you can.
Bait and Switch
Reached out to them about a Outlander PHEV. They emailed me the next day saying they had it in stock. I was in the neighborhood so I decided to swing by later that morning. When I got there, they said they owner had conveniently taken the car out for a trip to Wisconsin. Either they were lying to me and the car was never available, or the owner did just pull from the lot like his own personal rental car service (yet still sells the cars as "new"). Either way, they never called me back to let me know what happened. Seems like a bait and switch. Avoid these guys, they will advertise stuff that isn't available, and not follow up with you or return your emails.
Stiffed by dealership for windshield repair!!
Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from them and it had a chip in the windshield. Since I live over an hour away, the GM gave me a specific company name to call to have them come out and replace it. Once the work was done, Gregory Auto told me to send the receipt and they would reimburse me for the work. I did my part, sent them the receipt and all of the emails/text messages that directly stated what I should do and that they would cover it. I sent all of this information to them and heard nothing. Eventually, an employee responded and informed me that they turned their staff over and have new employees. Since they have new employees working there, they did not validate my reimbursement. Gregory Auto gave me the run around and still has not paid for the windshield. I have sent messages to the owner of Gregory Auto and have not heard any response from him. I will keep trying and writing these reviews so others do not get scammed by them. At this point - stay away from purchasing a vehicle from them since I can give a first-hand account of how they mishandled my situation.

While searching for a specific vehicle, we found they had one that was on interest. While we did not purchase from them, they were very helpful and informative. We would certainly contact them again, if they have something we are interested in.
