I spoke over the phone with a lovely person named Karissa she was extremely helpful and helped me make an appointment to see the exact car that I wanted and when we got there they played no games and we couldn’t leave the car more thank you.

Misleading Dealer

This is the second car purchase from family has made from Gregory Hyundai. After the first time I thought the dealership took care of its customers, from experience they do a subpar job of that. They mislead customers in their ads by listing vehicles with features and other added expenses that the cars do not possess. In addition to knowingly misleading their customers via their listings on their website, the management of the dealership will refuse to rectify the problem and continue to take your money for features you paid for and are not receiving.

Bad people. Used car I looked at had bad brakes,low air in the tires , bumper is holding on drywall screw, very dirty,scratches all around, exhaust leak, smell of exhaust inside. I was shocked nice dealer like this had such bad car for sale and the price was above the market.

I just bought a car from the nicest car dealership in the world. Gregory Hyundai. From Barry Ornoff the sales manager to Fernando Mendez my sales consultant, to Ron who did the financing paperwork to Cathy the office manager to Rosa the cashier, every single person I dealt with was friendly and amazingly helpful. The car has damage not disclosed on the website and the sales manager recommended I turn it in to my insurance....which would be insurance fraud. Do not trust them

How I Felt After Getting Exceptional Service

I came in with a band that had dragged off the bottom of my car. John took a look at it and then talked to me about what could have caused this problem. After our discussion John got behind the wheel of my car and we went out for a drive in the neighborhood with John explaining to me what could not have caused the problem. He was courteous and friendly in his explanation making sure that he did not demean my knowledge but rather as a friendly teacher enlightening me to the probable cause of the problem. He drove us back to the dealership and raised my car to ensure that he was correct in his evaluation. He explained my options and was friendly and thoughtful at all times. I felt that I was being treated as a friend more than just a customer. He told me to take a seat in the waiting room and when he called me back, he had reattached the band on the car and told me that we should keep on eye on this problem. I cannot find the words to express how well I was treated. He treated me more like family than just a customer as I have seen him treat others at the dealership

Service department shows very low skills. Can not even recognize suspension defects . Demanding more money for just check vehicle suspension elements, while car is on the lift for oil change. My car 2011 Hyundai Elantra was under extended warranty, but they did not obtain repair confirmation, sent me repair bill to pay and convinced me to communicate almost 45 days (phone calls, email, fax) with warranty provider in order to provide coverage. Warranty provider paid in full, but was very curios what personnel Greg Hyundai have, which don't know simple procedures. Bad bad service. Boris

Ran my credit approved me, appraised my trade in, agreed upon a deal and 15 min before I go to get car I got a text car is sold to someone else. Next day same car still for sale but for 2k more. :). Just FYI this is the type of deal you will get here!

Got me approved to purchase a car and 6 hrs later sent me a message that it is sold to someone else. Next day same car is updated listing for 2k more. A bunch of layers and apparently people that dont know how to price their vehicles. STAY AWAY!!!!

A godsend dealership

Once again, mechanic Ned and manager Sherry came to my rescue, performing emergency repais at THE LOWEST COST POSSIBLE for me . How can I ever thank them enough? They treat you like family. I know now that when time comes for the next car, I will look no further than this dealership. To do otherwise, would be traitorous. Love them all.
