I started off by trying to compare this dealerships offer with another dealerships offer. The internet salesperson stated they could beat the offer. I then gave them most of the numbers from the other dealership and the internet service person never called me back. I then received another call from a sales rep whom was also declaring to be an internet sales rep but she had no idea how to answer the questions so she kept putting me on hold to ask someone else questions about the vehicle I inquired about online.

Great car, Communication needs work
I bought a brand new 2015 from this dealership and loved the customer service we received at the time of purchase. The service department and sales department are not at the same customer service level, unfortunately. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and gave them all my information over the phone. When I showed up to the appointment, they asked me if I had ever been there before. (A little frustrating since my records are in front of them). When they call to make recommendations, they base it off mileage, not the wear and tear on the car. Luckily, my husband caught some of the things they were recommending that had just been done 4 months ago. When we stated this to the service rep, they said, "Oh ok, we will check your records and see if it's still recommended." It's just one of those simple things where you expect someone to look at your services completed before recommending something to make some money. My next call was just to let me know that my car was ready. When I got into the service department, there was attitude when we asked what had been completed on my vehicle. It really just comes down to communication! Love the car :-)
Stood by their used car
We need to thank Westside Nissan for being an ethical dealership and doing the right thing. We had an issue with a used car we purchased and they were very accommodating and resolved our issue. A special thank you to Simo Hamdouch (General Sales Manager), Darius Jones(Sales Rep), Maja(Internet Sales) Will & Ahmed(Finance Managers). Thank you for all your help. I would highly recommend this dealership, they truly put their customers first.

Rip off and dishonest!
I went to Westside Nissan today on Cassat Ave. I had an appointment at 9 AM to resolve a recall and to have my window looked at. After 5 hours I called to get a status on my vehicle, they said the master switch was broken and would call me back with a quote. An hour later no one called me so I called back, my service advisor was busy and they said she would call me back.... she never did. So my husband drove me up there and my car was sitting out front. Window down and stuck. They said my motor and regulator were broken and I can bring it back tomorrow and it will cost $700. I told them I wasn't leaving with my window down since I arrived there with it in the UP position. It took an hour plus to get the window up (total of 7 hours now). I left paying $115 just to be told this information and was scolded for telling him (the manager Mike) that I would not be back tomorrow after he had already ordered the parts. I never told him to order anything, no one ever responded to my calls throughout the day. Needless to say I have only used Westside Nissan for all of my car concerns and I will never use them again. I called one other shop with 5 star reviews and was quoted $325 for the entire job. They (not Westside Nissan) will get my business from now on! Ps. This is 100% manager fault. He works his advisors to death.
