Worst experience ever!!!

Purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima. Tha transmission was bad after about 33 days. I was let to believe they would swap me out with a 2020 Sentra. They did some under handed stuff and now I have 2 car loans that I can’t pay for With 2 different finance companies. I went in with good credit and now my credit is ruined. I brought the Nissan Altima on 06/13/2020 and a little over a month. I have 2 different car loans. I am so disappointed in this company. I will never do business her again. Some the people are liars!!!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE and the manager there think that customer is stupid and doesn't know anything and also tries to over-smart you. PLEASE NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALER.

So, I have read the reviews, but somehow I thought my case would be different, or I'll be able to manage it I came in there for a pre-owned Nissan certified 2017 Nissan Versa S with 32,415 miles on it (although the odometer showed 32,060 before the test drive) which had a price tag of 8,288... While on the phone talks prior to the test drive I was told the dealership's fee would be the "industry standard" 799 (if you Google it , it says in Florida it's just slightly above 600), nevertheless I decided to go in and do the test drive... So after that I am handed a bill that states the sale price more than a grand higher than announced, and ALL KINDS OF OTHER FEES AND CHARGES, raking up to 11,004. Out of which , the sales tax of 700 and registration tag of 200 are the mandatory part, with the rest of it entirely on their own to blame Folks, you do the math, and see for yourself if it's worth wasting your time going there

sales manager is very rude and pushy and thinks customers are stupid. Sales staff are inexperienced and have no brand knowledge. Don't buy from this dealer

I went to Greenway Nissan on May 16,2020 to get my oil changed on my 16 Altima. A salesman by the name of Troy walked up to me and said you ready to trade that in I said no but I was thinking about an SUV so I looked around but it just wasn’t in my budget. But Troy put me into a brand new 2020 Kicks with no money down. I love my lil SUV so for your next new vehicle go see Troy.

Drove 8 hours to be insulted to my face

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The advertised pricing on the website is not the “true selling value” as they say. Tyler and Mammie guaranteed a deal that I drove 8 hours to get. Amir told us he would take 1000 off the advertised price for us and give us restaurant gift cards if we did the deal with them. the deal was $8000 more than we originally agreed. Nicole comes out to tell us we don’t know what we are talking about and that the price on the website is not the true cost and that Mammie just says stuff to get you in the door because that’s how Mammie gets paid. No one stands by their word at this dealership. Beware.
