2021- Took my 2014 Sorento in to schedule engine...
2021- Took my 2014 Sorento in to schedule engine replacement, since it was part of the massive national recall on certain defective engines. After 2 weeks, I call to see if it's done yet, and the guy finally returns to the phone and says"are you sure you brought it here"?. Duh ya. Then a sassy older woman gets on the phone to tell me it ISN'T on the recall list, and suggests it was my fault that the engine seized driving down the interstate. (This is a favorite tactic of theirs to get out of doing what theyre supposed to do.) I had the vehicle towed to a Kia dealership out of state, and they happily replaced the engine for free, as per the Kia Company's guidelines. (They confirmed that it WAS recalled). After it was fixed by the Kentucky dealer, I sold it ASAP and bought a good vehicle, a Toyoya!

Always get speedy and excellent car service. Service personnel are quick to greet and get started with the work. Really appreciate Mark Bowers and the other service guy (name escapes me right now) who is a mature African American. Thanks to both for making me feel welcomed when I bring in my vehicle.

Will never come back just look at my file was there 3 major timers for something that should have been caught at 2 major visit Mac lied to my face not a good way to do Bussiness leave been a good customer own 2 Kia but will drive to Kia Murfreesboro from now ownbut I l live closer to u but I am very disappointed
Was very disappointed abou about the service and management it too a week the last 2 times my sorento has been there this last time could have been avoided by the tech doing his job and service manager following up I have spent 4500.00 dollars last 3 trips live 5 miles but will drive 30 to some other Kia dealer for better service

Stopped in to Greenway Kia of Rivergate Dealership to look at a new vehicle today. Walked around the lot looking at multiple cars. Was there about 20 minutes with no contact from anyone from the dealership. Decided to go into the showroom. When i walked in the receptionist had her face in a cell phone and did not even acknowledge me or ask if i needed assistance. Went over to a beautiful new Stinger GT and checked it out. Got in it and looked around the interior. The whole time I was in the dealership, I saw many individuals on cell phones or just sitting around. Got out of the car and left. On my way out a couple asked me if I worked here and I said no. They said they had been there 20 minutes looking at cars and nobody helped them either. I was there probably 30 minutes total and will probably will not go back. In my opinion not a good way to run a business.
