Service manager Josh was great. It was my first service scheduled on my 2022. They had me in and out and even threw in a complimentary wash. Price was very fair.

Salesperson was nice but 45 minutes late for our
Salesperson was nice but 45 minutes late for our scheduled appointment time. Finance was easy because it was mostly electronic however I found a $835 charge for “Lux care”that I wasn’t told about. I called the dealership to find out what it was and was told it was an exterior protectant and they add it to every car they sell. This lux care charge is not included in the price of the vehicle and should be optional and explained during the financing process.

Got the job done…but room to “look better”
Had a battery go out while we’ll under warranty and after calling the dealership, took the car in without an appointment. Battery was replaced within 90 minutes and service associate was courteous. However, the service lane and waiting room are worn and totally unimpressive. Likewise the multiple, loitering, and lunching staff in and around the service desk/lane do not create the impression that I’d want as a customer…or owner.

I had a situation with my car and called and spoke with Josh and he was willing to help me resolve the situation. Josh and Mac provided excellent customer service and they had my car fixed in a timely manner. I was disappointed when I made the phone call because I really did not expect my situation to be resolved, but after speaking to Josh I felt better and when I got to the dealership he proved to be a man of his word. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
