Stopped in to Greenway Kia of Rivergate Dealership to look at a new vehicle today. Walked around the lot looking at multiple cars. Was there about 20 minutes with no contact from anyone from the dealership. Decided to go into the showroom. When i walked in the receptionist had her face in a cell phone and did not even acknowledge me or ask if i needed assistance. Went over to a beautiful new Stinger GT and checked it out. Got in it and looked around the interior. The whole time I was in the dealership, I saw many individuals on cell phones or just sitting around. Got out of the car and left. On my way out a couple asked me if I worked here and I said no. They said they had been there 20 minutes looking at cars and nobody helped them either. I was there probably 30 minutes total and will probably will not go back. In my opinion not a good way to run a business.

Engine Trouble 2031
I was having problems with the RPI and the car cutting off at the light My car was placed on the diagnostic machine and it was discovered that I needed a new engine I was given option of seeing a sales associated or trying to to get another enginje I loved the professionalism that was given ll me and also the caring attitude of the KIA staff but my compliant was there was NO POPCORN WOWz!!!!! I love their Professionalism but NO POPCORN I was really disappointed
My car is with them almost two weeks due to engine recall...
My car is with them almost two weeks due to engine recall issue "p1326". They will not offer loaner car and they said waiting for tech support approval for a new motor. I need car to work. I called customer service to ask them to speed up some. It seems like no one care and no one wants to follow up with the tech line and they refuse to give me the number. They told me it might takes up to 6 weeks from approval to install. It will be two weeks next Tuesday since the engine flashing. It is very frustrating they treat customer like this. I guess anything under warranty is not their priority.

When I called for a service appointment, I was able to be scheduled the next day. I waited a short time for the scheduled maintenance, and the service advisor took care of my special request to reprogram some of the driving features I had inadvertently removed. I was very pleased with my visit.
