We bought a 2022 Honda CR-V last week and dealt with Kenyatta Mcmillin through the entire process . She was excellent in every area of the choosing and buying experience . We highly recommend this dealership when searching for and buying a vehicle . Kenyatta helped us with the right color and kept us well informed about the vehicle status and then guided us through the sale . We are very thankful for her going all out to put us in our SUV and we are loving it ….

I shopped around online for a new car for a while and every dealer I got an invoice from added a $4k-5k markup above MSRP for the same vehicle or similar. While I did have to get the protection package here, the other dealers included a markup AND their protection package. My final price was $3k-4k less than all the other invoices I got. Kenyatta was my sales consultant and she was upfront, very responsive to all my questions, and the quote I got on the invoice was the price I paid for my new car. She worked with me every step of the way and I'm very happy with my purchase and my new car.

I had a great experience buying my daughter a car from Kenyatta McMillin of Greenway Honda-Florence. She was fantastic! Her knowledge of the vehicle, presentation skills, and professional demeanor was very impressive. She was outstanding and helpful throughout the process and continues to help my daughter with any questions or needs she has. Overall, Kenyatta is the best sales person I have ever dealt with, when buying a car. She deserves more than 5 stars, in my opinion!!

I am very disappointed with my experience with Greenway Honda. I was interested in a vehicle that they did not currently have in stock but since they boldly advertise being able to either find the correct vehicle or order the one you want, I was confident that I would be able to find the perfect vehicle. But in my opinion, once the dealership management leaned that I didn't want any of the vehicles in stock, they weren't interested in helping me. I was texted and advised that they are unable to order vehicles and can only offer what is in stock. No offer was made of finding the vehicle at another dealership or any idea how dealer allocation works. I got brief responses that basically said we can't help you. Why does the dealership's website have the order your own vehicle option and tout their ability to find the vehicle you want. I very hopeful that I found a reputable dealer with no dealer fees in a sea of deceptive dealerships, but it appears this dealership is no different. Deception and misleading sales practices.

Greenway Honda made my experience of trading in and buying a CRV so streamlined, quick and easy! Kenyatta McMillin was so helpful as well as Mr Webster, Mr Insalaco and Melody Wade. This car was just what I wanted with all the extras features! They even let me keep my own newly acquired tires and special floor mats. Thank you all!
