Very unhappy with Carlos. I paid cash for the vehicle and wanted to transfer my classic plate from previous car and he said he couldn't do it. I paid for new registration then found out he could have done a transfer. but now he only wants to refund 47.50. I am filing complaint with DMV.

Friendly enough staff, They did not complete the safety check of the truck I purchased. we drained the oil a couple weeks after the purchase, it was BLACK. Oil filter not changed, We left the dealership and the Fuel Light came on, thank god a station is right down the st.! When picking up the truck, apparently nothing had been done as we sat while technicians "supposedly" ran through the vehicle. The did cover the cost of a new windshield that was installed at my convenience as the current one was pitted and chipped. They did nothing to help me with financing issues. wouldn't budge at all on price or payments. nothing special here.

I sincerely hope that nobody goes to green light auto sales. Especially the one in Seymour, ct. Also, I hope no one ever gets a warranty from GWC warranty. They are just awful when it comes to taking care of their customers. This is a post that I wrote on their FB wall. I'm glad to see you guys finally have a Facebook page. I just wanted to say that I don't think I could have ever received any worse customer service that has been continued over a year unfortunately. The car I purchased from you was a 2005 Volvo S60 R, with about 96,000 miles on it. When I purchased the car, you said that you would replace both of the fog lights because both of them were inoperable when I bought the car. I even said I would install them myself. I took you at your word, which was a mistake on my part. After 6 or 7 phone calls I decided to give up and spent the 200 dollars to replace them. With my car, I purchased a GWC warranty which was another mistake. A few weeks after I drove out of the lot I had to do about 2600 dollars worth of repairs, which the warranty company refused to fix. A few more weeks go by, and I need even more repairs. This time it was about 1000 dollars to fix it, and again I had no help from the warranty company or green light. So after paying for all of the repairs with no help from GWC, I decided to return the warranty in September. I called twice to confirm that I had returned it, and again I took the word of green light that it would be taken care of. A few weeks ago I contacted my loan holder because I was curious to see if the money from the warranty had been deposited. Guess what? It hadn't been. So now here I am, finally returning the warranty, even though I will be receiving about 500 dollars less than if green light actually did their job and returned a warranty that covers nothing. But I mean, what's 500 dollars compared to the 13000 I paid for the car, 2600 I paid for the warranty, about 4500 I've paid for repairs, and 200 dollars for those lovely fog lights. I'm sure you don't care now, since you didn't this entire time I've been dealing with you, but I honestly hope nobody else makes the same mistakes as I did in trusting your staff. If you feel like any reconciliation is warranted, you have my contact information still I believe, even though you lost my number 6 times. I wish my buying experience was great because I do love my car, but that's because of the car and not at all because of your dealership. Poor operation

Inquired about a 2013 Audi S7. Was told it was available, dealers knew I was coming in to see it. That is literally all I did was see it - why? Because I said I was shopping for a sports sedan. Apparently if you are actively shopping for a car, they would like you to show up knowing exactly the car you want without even trying their car out. What a joke. An beyond qualified buyer who will give his business to someone else. Reminder - 2013 folks - were not talking a 2020 here.

Carlos and Kylie were very helpful throughout the whole process. All of my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Any repairs needed before purchasing were taken care of without any problems. They were pleasant to deal with, and the entire process went very smoothly.

I came to this dealership to look at a car I was interested in. I test drove it and I liked it and ended up buying it. I looked at the car fax and it all seemed good. I took it home and drove it for four days when the check engine light came on. I took it into the shop and they found that the gas tank was rotted and leaking. I had to pay for the repairs to get the inspection passed and it came out to $1,918 before the inspection. I am very upset with Green Light Auto Sales, they had to have known about this and sold it to me anyway. It's a bad business model and I would not recommend coming here for a car.

Carlos was straight forward and to the point. We drove the car and we told him we liked it. When buying a car from a second hand car dealership, you need to understand that it’s pure profit for the dealer no maker the size of the profit. After we test drove we told Carlos we were interested and he worked with us. Prior to picking up the car we noted some items that were not working and upon pick up they were all fixed. I would do business with Geeen Light Auto again. Thanks atlas for the good service. Thanks
