Poor salesman

Came with the intention of buying one new palisade, potentially a second one. Salesman had no knowledge of the vehicle, never answered basic questions such as financing rate through Hyundai, kept giving me the same monthly payment regardless of the adjustment on numbers, and did make an offer on my used vehicle below what it should have been. Left and visited another dealership, the experience was completely different and ended up making a refundable down payment on it. Called the green dealership to let them know about the issue, talked to a manager named Brad who didn't even asked the name of the salesman and only offered me to work with another salesman.... Speechless. It would have taken very little for me to purchase the vehicle.

Christian the lousy salesman

Dealing with Christian on a used Grand Marquis, he did not get back to me as he said he would. I told him Sunday i would catch a flight. I was told he was with a customer (Monday) and would get back to me in a couple hours, that never happened. I reached out today to learn the vehicle had been sold. Christian failed to ask if i might be interested in another used car? Green has some not so great customer service reviews on Google, so beware!!

Dakota in the service department is amazing! He went out of the way to contact Hyundai and have a part replaced under warranty that was not initially covered. I always have amazing service at Green!!!!

We just purchased our second car from Green Hyundai. It was a positive experience but a long day. We had done our homework before hand and that really helps. We used their service center for our first Hyundai and in tend to do with our new one. Very good service.

Theresa was quick and very knowledgeable. Got me a great price and under the payment I wanted. Very efficient and got me in and out of finance quickly. Randy in finance did a great job. Very personable but straight to the point. Made sure my investment was protected. Felt like a family owned business which is a huge asset to have.

Bad Sales Tactics, Worse people skills

Their Black Friday ad was misleading, and they refused to honor their stated special. They were technically not false advertising, so if they chose not to honor the ad fine, lots of dealers do that. The sales manger Chris Green came over to speak to us and told us we were confused about what the ad said, and he claimed it said something other than it did. I told him the only way to get a deal was to honor their ad, and give me fair value for my trade in. They proceeded to offer 10% under KBB, 15% under Edmonds, and 25% under NADA values for my trade. Once the deal was falling thru, and Chris Green was brought over, Chris was very condescending to us, and was clearly very unhappy that I had done my homework before coming into the dealership. We will not be going back to any Green dealership. I would give them zero stars if I could. Our Sales person William Jones was good an I believe he was caught completely off guard by the bait and switch, condescending sales tactics used by management and Chris Green.

I shopped with Jordan and Patrick and they were a big help in finding the right car for me. The process went very smoothly and they use the top banks if you are planning on financing.

This was the best experience buying a car. Doug Kenyon was fantastic to deal with. Would definitely recommend him and the Green dealership if you are looking for a Hyundai.
