I did business with Green Eyed Motors this week and was very impressed. The salesman was well informed, friendly, and a real pleasure to work with. I had complicated needs and the owner and sales staff went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. I appreciated it very much. I highly recommend salesman Marcus Manchego and the entire Blue Eyed Motors team.

Great service, great helpful Staff. The entire process of buying S2, now our plug-in Prius, went smoothly. Not a single hitch. First time buying a car was FUN, and good coffee too! We will return as soon as we can get a good plug-in hybrid to replace our Yukon or whenever we need another car. THANKS AGAIN!

sale or no sale??

So, I visited them to look at an EV car in September. First the good: 1. Very nice staff 2. Very knowledgeable staff Not so Good: 1. Understaffed the times I went there. If I got 5 minutes of uninterrupted time that was the max. 2. I agreed to buy a car on the last day of the month. Loan was approved, price agreed on, etc. I emailed them that I was not able to make it up there from Broomfield on the last day of the month because i had a crazy schedule and could they bring the paperwork down for me to sign. Nope. I reiterated that i really wanted to buy the car as I had already made two trips up there but they wouldn't budge. I guess they didn't want to sell the car after all. OR - see #3 3. The prices here ARE negotiable. I negotiated a bunch off - of course they really wanted to get the transaction in by month end, which I agreed to. Anyway, I would have given them 5 stars if they had completed the transaction. I was really surprised that they couldn't take 20 minutes out of their day to make a sale. Especially when they were so adamant, in a nice way, that me coming up there was only going to take 20 minutes. Either they didn't want to sell the car or they just didnt feel like taking time out of their day to complete a sale. Oh well.

This was my second purchase from Green Eyed Motors. The second was better than the first. Unsure what I wanted, thought it was an electric car - found one, put a down payment. Then, I cancelled. I was not pressured. The staff was like, no problem and refunded my money. I decided I wanted a hybrid - really interested in the RAV. Susan called me to tell me about the new shipments. I reviewed the cars that she had told me about. I stopped in a few days later and purchased a vehicle. I was expecting a check to pay for the vehicle. They held my check for the car until my check arrived. I was allowed to take my new car with me. My check was delayed due to the postal service for about 4 days. I was freaking out. I called GEM - they said - No problem - just let us know when your check is in the bank. I was shocked. All were so kind, helpful. I highly recommend Green Eyed Motors - they care about the people.

Buying a Used Car and Customer Service

If you want a good used car and outstanding customer service, this is the place to go. They sold me a nice used 2013 RDX and said it was a 4.5 out of 5. It turned out unbeknownst to them there were some issues. One by one they took care of them quickly and eliminated all the known issues. The customer service from Luke to Dave to Jai to Embez was topnotch, something that is a rare occurrence in today's business world. They have earned my loyalty.

I Purchased a 2013 Chevy Volt from Dave at Green Eyed Motors. This was the smoothest and most hassle free transaction I have ever had with purchasing a vehicle. I cannot give enough praises to Dave, who worked with me on purchasing the vehicle. Dave is a straightforward, no nonsense salesman and I appreciated his help throughout the process. He's great to talk to and his depth of knowledge with the industry is second to none. I will be recommending Green Eyed Motors to all of my friends and family! If you're in the market for a used fully electric car, I definitely recommend Luke and his team. I had been contemplating buying a used electric car for more than a year but kept hesitating since the technology changes so quickly and I wanted to wait for a better range and lower price option before I pulled the trigger. After watching the inventory at Green Eyed Motors and Denver area dealers change over months, it was clear that Green Eyed Motors has the best selection (including hard to find luxury EVs from time to time) so my husband and I decided to make the trek from Denver so we could test drive multiple options. Luke was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and didn't pressure us so even though we weren't planning to buy anything that day, we actually bought a car on the spot. Heck, I actually enjoyed working with them (who says that about a used car dealership?!?!?) and will definitely consider them next time I'm looking for a used car.
