I had been truck shopping for about 4 months. I went to Grand Rapids GM to get a used truck. After talking with Dan I realized that the offered incentives through GM could get me into a new truck for even cheaper than used. Very friendly service staff, not so friendly front desk girl. She was rude to us when we purchased our car also. To the point we may not purchase from this dealer in the future.
