Caution major non disclosed issues!

I strongly caution anyone buying a car from Grand Prix sight unseen! They pretend to be a high end retailer priding themselves on quality and customer service. Let it be know this couldn’t be any further from the truth. I bought a vehicle from them that they claim to flawless. After 10 longer than quoted days the car arrives with many major non disclosed issues. (1) two slashes/gouges in the sidewall of the $1600 tires. (2) missing front collision radar bezel. (3) missing wiper blade nut cover. (4) dash light on for forward collision system (because of this I can’t use cruise, adaptive cruise, lane keep, and most importantly forward collision protection)…. Now is where is gets ugly!!! (5) the car was offered with a front end clear protection bra (however it only has it on the hood and passenger quarter panel)…. This leads to (6) the front end was involved in a crash/repair and the repaired paint doesn’t match on the front bumper into the drivers quarter panel. (7) red over spray into the grill of the car. (8) overspray and or bondo sling all over the roof of the vehicle. Crazy to think that I paid asking and after a major run around with the staff with little to no concerns or priorities. I will have to shell out over $5k of my own money (not counting time without the vehicle, personal time, and rental car) to get the vehicle in the condition I thought I was getting. So once again I caution any and all about this dealership based on my personal nightmare of an experience and the cost I’ll endure!

Just purchased Range Rover from Dan. Purchased this vehicle sight unseen. Dan sent very accurate close-up pictures of the Rover. After agreeing on a price, Dan arranged covered transport and rig sent to our front door. I had a couple of small issues after the sale and they were very quick to resolve them. It was a very smooth and seamless transaction. Great customer service!!!! We will be doing business with Grand Prix Motors again. Thank You for a great experience!!!

I contacted Grand Prix and quickly Oliver emailed me right away giving all the details of the car I was looking for I did not buy the car mostly I lived in SoCal and he was in Oregon but I must say his customer service was excellent

The buying experience was smooth, no nonsense sales person pitch talks. They let us test drive the car all by ourselves, I don't know if that's a dealer specific business process but when I used to live in California, a car sales person would always come along for the test drive. Awesome collection.

Worst ever!

Called twice about a Volvo C30 on the web site. Asked if the car was still available. Was told "oh yes". Told Dan that I would come down form Seattle to buy on Saturday. Called late Friday to ask if the car was still available. "Oh yes..come on down." Booked the train from Seattle to Portland, on my way down called to confirm. "Oh I am sorry that car is sold." I am told! Wasted over $100 on travel...no apology nothing. Don't understand how the car can be available at closing on Friday and be sold before opening on Saturday. Worst experience ever with a Brian dead salesman Stay away!

sense you can't remove a review. Here is an update to my last review. Sense it posted Paul has made contact and agreed to reimburse for the rim. And that all I was asking for. Other then that. The people were easy to get along with. Nice buying experience and the facilities immaculate

I bought a 2009 SL550 on 8/17/2013 A beautiful car. A few days later when driving on the freeway I felt a vibration. So I took it to a tire dealer. Come to find out the car had three different makes of tire on it and the two rear were separating. And to top that off the left front rim was cracked. And when I notified my sales person all he would do is recommend is a place that I could have it repaired at my expense. When you spend this kind of money on a used car. I think Good tires and rims are to much to ask for. No I would not recommend this dealer !!

Bought a new Audi A8

We got off to a rocky start with my new car having a parts issues right. Paul at Grand Prix was very helpful is fising the problem and also noticing I needed an Audi A8 manual, which he ordered and provided. Good people to work with.
