A disappointing experience

This is my 3rd car ever and this experience wasn't the best overall. I chose this location because my job offered a discount with trucar. I contacted them and spoke with Julie. She was the person who I met and handled my sales experience. She is a nice lady and high energy. She brought me quote that shown $14,998 and a breakdown. I informed her that I should have my employee discount of $12,998 and provided her proof. She corrected the quote and breakdown then had me sign the paper. After sometime, I was then brought to Robbie. He started handing me papers to sign and in the shuffle I noticed the price was showing $14,998.00. I explained that it should show my employee discount of $12,998.00. He insisted it was correct and continued to hand me more papers. Once I got the car and got home, I reviewed my paperwork again and realized that my discount was never applied. I contacted Julie who then sent me to the financial manager, Michael. Michael referred me to Robbie. I spoke to Robbie and he pointed me back at Michael. I am very disappointed with the level of service. I don't care who made the mistake I just wanted it corrected because my employee discount was the reason I went to that location. It appears nobody wants to take responsibility.

Nice 2018 Toyota Camry XSE

Me and my husband had an great experience at this car lot,our seller was Herb and I called him on a vehicle that was available and he worked with us plus held the car for close to 3 weeks.i went and test drove the car everything went well.about a week later went and picked it up oh by the way low miles and a great price 👍 Herb was nice,very easy to work with and got me the only car I wanted we will continue to do business with him...NICE JOB HERB plus my car is still under warranty: quality of repairs isn't for me as of now but oh well

Worst car experience

Worst car buying experience ever! I purchase a car from them three weeks ago and with a week the bumper was coming loose and they would not fix the car telling me I was the one that damaged the bumper! They r very rude conesha Douglas was my sale rep and she just lied her way through!! They costumer serve is really bad I would never recommend anyone to them be careful when you’re looking for a vehicle to by!! They have my car at the lot for a week telling me they would fix the car and no one looks at the car they all about getting your money and once they get your money they give you the run around..

Took my deposit but sold the car to someone else

I called on a truck and made a deal over the phone on a Sunday. It was a good price I didn't even haggle. Put down a deposit on Sunday. Told them I would fly down Wed to pick it up. They call me Monday to finalize the paperwork. I book a flight Tuesday and call them to let them know what time I will be there. They inform me that the truck sold to someone else. Tom (sales manager) starts off being rude until he realizes they screwed up. He promises me the exact same truck at the same price by end of business the next day. It never happens. After that he is rude again. Keeps being rude (hangs up on me at one point) until I ask for my deposit back and a reimbursement for plane ticket about 5 days later. Took them almost a week and 4 calls from me to actually get the refund for the deposit and never saw the reimbursement for the plane ticket. This place should not be in business.

Newer used car!!

My husband and I were looking for a newer used car for our college daughter. We found a 2016 Toyota Camry with under 50K miles. The price on line was worth a drive to Marietta in rush hour traffic to take a look. The car was in great shape and we felt like the price was right. Frank was our sales consultant, he was really nice and enjoyed working with him. We purchased the car that night. Only issue was that we had to wait for one of the three finance guys to finish up with customers to get to us, but not that long of a wait. Cannot remember our finance consultants name, but he was also very nice. Overall a great experience with this dealership!
