Another bait and switch used car lot

The car in question is being advertised for $39k on but is asking $43k on their website and $42k when you call on the phone. Another bait and switch used car lot. Avoid!

Terrible experience

Deeply dissatisfied. First, next day after my purchase I get a call that something was wrong with the paperwork and financing and they had to mail it to me to be redone. A couple days after purchasing, while researching some of the vehicles functions, I realize that that what I thought locked the “my sky” (Jeep Renegade) was actually a sunroof function!!! How excited was I that the tops not only were removal but actually have a sunroof function!! Just to find out that it’s broken, which had to of been known as I recall them trying to show me how the tops work and pushing that button did absolutely nothing (again I thought it was a lock of some sort). So after researching, it is VERY expensive to fix, and just in my opinion drastically reduces the fair value of the vehicle considering the cost to fix is between $2,000-$4,500. Since I am adding my entire experience, the tires weren’t in great condition, however I shrugged that off at the time of purchase as I thought I was getting a good deal as it was, but now that everything is starting to go to crap, I am more upset about that as well, especially considering the odd sized factory tires being relatively expensive as well. 3-4 weeks after my purchase, I was getting worried I never receiving my permanent license plate (clearly covered and charged for in my paperwork). I called down and explained my issue to be transferred to a never ending ringing, called again transferred and hung up on twice. Finally spoke to the manager, or so I assume since that’s who I asked for, he never identified himself properly. Allegedly he is working on getting me reimbursed for it as I had to go to the tag office and take care of it myself since my temporary was expiring. Shop around! I do NOT recommend this dealership.

Don’t come here

Drove 2 hours to purchase vehicle that they PROMISED they had over the phone , when I arrived they said that they didn’t have that specific vehicle then they tried to sell me something not even remotely similar to what I asked for , nothing but low grade cars from a discount auction . Also upon walking in I gagged due to the strong aroma of boiled eggs and feet .

Out of State Car Purchase

UPDATE II: Donavan fully answered all my questions and concerns. He was honest and truthful about what went wrong and what should have happened. All charges that were not required for an out of state customer were refunded. He stayed in contact through out getting the refund returned and I would now be a repeat customer knowing his integrity and concern for the customer. UPDATE: I heard back promptly from Donavan regarding my concerns. He apologized and is working to make things right. He sent me 4 years worth of discounted oil changes and is working on getting me the reimbursement for the registration and title fees. He has kept me in the loop with multiple conversations and it looks promising that he will follow through on all concerns. More to come. This dealer is only interested in closings deals and not interested is any sort of customer service after the paperwork is complete. As an out of state buyer, I was charged the car registration and electronic title registration fees, but those services are not/were not rendered to me. I have called 4 times only to have my call transferred, never answered or never to receive a call back. I was also told there would be free oil changes at the local Pep Boys, but that was not provided either.... Ignoring your customer is a Red Flag!!! Avoid this dealership. Should someone actually return my call, I will update my review accordingly.

Here is an UPDATE to my previous review. 74 days after the purchase, we were finally able to get our tag, A big Thanks to Aurora at the title department and her efforts. She also took an extra mile and put in an order for us to get reimbursement on the Emission test and Tag Fee(I didn't ask to be reimbursed) that we had paid. I will update the rating from 1 star to 3 stars just because of her part. To those who are shopping at this dealer: Watch out for high dealer fees...

Walk away

My fiance and I went to purchase a car on February 14th. We were impressed with the initial service that Herb offered and we ended up purchasing a 2019 Jeep Renegade. There was a cracked windshield, cracked rear camera, rear wiper blade was detached, and the radio didn't have the antitheft code. We were told no worries, they would fix all of it, and got it in writing in the paperwork that those items would be done. With that confidence, we signed the paperwork and it was easily the smoothest process to get approved for the loan and out the door. Here's where things go sour. We took the Jeep to a local dealership to see if we could get the antitheft code per the recommendation from Herb and they informed us the radio wasn't the original radio that came with the car. So, we brought the vehicle back on February 19th for the repairs and my fiance sat at the dealership all. day. long. They told him there was an issue with the radio code that they had and they should be done with it shortly. So, they let my fiance use a car off the lot until the vehicle was ready. That was 3 weeks ago. We've spoken to everyone at this location so it seems. Mike, the manager, is a shady guy who has told me that he will personally call me with updates on the car. He never called. We were told at least 5 different dates within the first week that the car would be done. Supposedly the hold up is they ordered an old radio that won't work? We've spoken with Herb, who originally was very helpful but who now says he will call back in with an update and never does, and we've spoken with Jose, in the service department. The best part is they told us last week that they were taking the car to a Jeep dealership to help with the radio issue, but now no one can tell us where the car even is. The Jeep dealership by Grand Motorcars confirmed today that they don't have the vehicle and Grand Motorcars doesn't either. I will happily update this review when I have my car back but this by far has been the absolute worst car buying experience and that's saying a lot coming from someone who has purchased 5 vehicles in my lifetime and one of them being from a Kia dealership. Mike, Herb, Jose...maybe this will get your attention.

A disappointing experience

This is my 3rd car ever and this experience wasn't the best overall. I chose this location because my job offered a discount with trucar. I contacted them and spoke with Julie. She was the person who I met and handled my sales experience. She is a nice lady and high energy. She brought me quote that shown $14,998 and a breakdown. I informed her that I should have my employee discount of $12,998 and provided her proof. She corrected the quote and breakdown then had me sign the paper. After sometime, I was then brought to Robbie. He started handing me papers to sign and in the shuffle I noticed the price was showing $14,998.00. I explained that it should show my employee discount of $12,998.00. He insisted it was correct and continued to hand me more papers. Once I got the car and got home, I reviewed my paperwork again and realized that my discount was never applied. I contacted Julie who then sent me to the financial manager, Michael. Michael referred me to Robbie. I spoke to Robbie and he pointed me back at Michael. I am very disappointed with the level of service. I don't care who made the mistake I just wanted it corrected because my employee discount was the reason I went to that location. It appears nobody wants to take responsibility.

Me and my husband had an great experience at this car lot,our seller was Herb and I called him on a vehicle that was available and he worked with us plus held the car for close to 3 weeks.i went and test drove the car everything went well.about a week later went and picked it up oh by the way low miles and a great price 👍 Herb was nice,very easy to work with and got me the only car I wanted we will continue to do business with him...NICE JOB HERB plus my car is still under warranty: quality of repairs isn't for me as of now but oh well

Worst car experience

Worst car buying experience ever! I purchase a car from them three weeks ago and with a week the bumper was coming loose and they would not fix the car telling me I was the one that damaged the bumper! They r very rude conesha Douglas was my sale rep and she just lied her way through!! They costumer serve is really bad I would never recommend anyone to them be careful when you’re looking for a vehicle to by!! They have my car at the lot for a week telling me they would fix the car and no one looks at the car they all about getting your money and once they get your money they give you the run around..

Took my deposit but sold the car to someone else

I called on a truck and made a deal over the phone on a Sunday. It was a good price I didn't even haggle. Put down a deposit on Sunday. Told them I would fly down Wed to pick it up. They call me Monday to finalize the paperwork. I book a flight Tuesday and call them to let them know what time I will be there. They inform me that the truck sold to someone else. Tom (sales manager) starts off being rude until he realizes they screwed up. He promises me the exact same truck at the same price by end of business the next day. It never happens. After that he is rude again. Keeps being rude (hangs up on me at one point) until I ask for my deposit back and a reimbursement for plane ticket about 5 days later. Took them almost a week and 4 calls from me to actually get the refund for the deposit and never saw the reimbursement for the plane ticket. This place should not be in business.
