Bought a 2017 Q 50 and did all the regular maintenance and then took it into infinity because I had an issue with it they said that the motor was sludged up and the turbo doesn’t work and the premium extended warranty that was sold by this company is not covering for my vehicle repairs. I took my car in to grand motorsport they told me to leave it with them and they left me driving out of there with a Chevrolet piece of xxxx. I bought a luxury vehicle and they gave me a piece of crap as a loaner . Already been without my car for 10 days with the Infiniti dealership and now they just want me to leave my car with them which means I’m being screwed indefinitely. I am paying luxury prices to drive around a piece of crap loaner and they think that I shouldn’t be upset about it.

So where do I start, this place sucks!!!!. They sold me a Lemon. First off with all do respect I had great customer service from Carl Breeze car salesman but very inaccurate information. I was told my car had 50,463 miles and when I received it was 54,000 on it. I was also told I would get a manufacture warranty and that was not the case I received a service agreement for $4500.00. I purchased a hybrid vehicle on Oct 2, 2021 it arrived in New Orleans on October 16, for one, the turbo charge cord was broke so I can't charge this car up at home the cost to replace it is $548.00. I tried charging the car up at BMW charging stations and it works but only the hybrid battery does not hold charge. Well the battery is not charging because its failing and the price to get a new battery is $3000.00. This is awful. I have been fighting with this for 2weeks, until I realized I was just sold a Lemon. So it has been 30days since I purchased the vehicle. These people are foul and they do dirty business. I will let my attorney handle them because its useless to call and speak with a plethora of liars!!!!! This car has literally been in my possession for 2weeks. It was never disclosed to me that the battery would not charge and yes they tried to charge it because I face time with the car salesman and notice the red charging light and he politely said "oh we just have to charge it". So yes they were aware that this vehicle didn't charge. They could have it back. I don't care!!!! They sold me a Lemonnnnnnnn. I was once told when life throws lemons at you make lemonade and keep moving and that's just what I will do and let my attorney handle them. I'm just reading these reviews and they are horrible. Why are they still open? My name is Shynethia Williams and I dare not be anonymous. They don't deserve one star seriously. Oh and did I say that I'm still waiting on my signed paperwork from them because I purchased this car over it internet. Yeah good thing I took pictures of them still waiting on original documents

Came by after contemplating changing vehicles for a few different reasons. I worked with Tim who is newer to this location but very experienced in the industry. He was patient and really helped me make the best decision for me. He showed me some great options and I found exactly what I was looking for. I never felt over pressured and the whole process was really comfortable. Definitely a great experience thanks to him!

Purchased my car July 16….. car had minor dents in it stated they will fix to bring it back in. Somebody ended up hitting the front end of my car so I called and asked cab they repaired the damages as well as the dents. They told me no problem. My insurance is covering the damages. Took the car in August 4th today is now sept 13 and I still haven’t heard a word about my car. I call them all day everyday. They constantly put me on hold or state someone would call me and they never do. They only hound you when you buy a car and appear to be friendly but after that you can hand it up. I would not recommend this dealership to a dog. They are very deceitful and money hungry. Check your cats before you leave there or don’t ours use one at all. They are full of xxxx.

Everything started out great when I inquired about a vehicle online. The salesman texted me updates and we got a deal worked out in principal. The vehicle needed some work before it was ready to show, so I arranged an appointment to come take a look when it was ready. I confirmed the day of that the vehicle was ready to go before I drove over 3 hours. I updated the salesman on my ETA, and when I arrived at the dealership, I was told the vehicle was still on the lift. The mechanic was out to lunch and had all the keys with him (which sounded very odd). I asked if I could take a look while it was on the lift and was denied. We waited almost 2 hours before the vehicle was ready for me to look at. The vehicle was in good shape and I proceeded with my trade in. The pencil sheet looked similar to what we had arranged earlier, but the dealership added in extra fees for the payoff of my lease trade-in, and was told as soon as everything clears the bank, they would mail me a check. I never received a check, there were issues with registration that I was not notified of, and when I call to inquire about registration and getting the extra money back from the payoff, I could not get through to the appropriate party. I would only deal with this dealership if they had a vehicle you absolutely had to have. When I viewed the car I traded in on their website, I saw several of the details were grossly misrepresented. No wonder it's still sitting on the lot over 3 months later.

Worst experience of buying a car in 40 years. Over promised and under delivered. I bought a Jaguar site unseen except for pictures and going by the sales rep the car was in excellent condition. WRONG........ multiple things wrong with the car and all they bring up is I owe them $260 for a delivery fee but make no mention or remorse for the misrepresentation over this $38K car. HORRIBLE

I am reluctantly writing this review. I will begin with, the sales person I dealt with (Josh) was the absolute worst and irresponsible car salesperson i've ever dealt with. Between not returning calls, to seemingly avoiding calls (It got to the point where I had to block my number prior to dialing this company) I've never been treated this poorly. Actually all of the personnel i've worked with were not up to par. I received great attention prior to purchase however after I signed, they almost completely ignored me. There were a couple of things I was told they'd address and fix on my used car purchase which were not done. This is why I ought to have had them written on paper prior to signing/purchasing. I was offered a loaner car which was a 2004 lexus with 280K miles on it and they wanted me to sign a paper saying I was responsible if anything happened to the car. I.E. alternator, and so on. It took me more than a month to receive any real service to repair the scratches on the car promised to be repaired. Some of these scratches were eventually taken care of....... I purchased this car with the understanding (Carfax report) that there were no accidents with the vehicle. The Carfax report was clean however soon I noticed that the car had in fact been in an accident on the drivers side door. I asked them to fix this and they verbally said they'd fix the door. They never fixed it and to this day are ignoring my please to repair it.......I have never once (and i'm in my 60's) dealt with a car dealership that blatantly ignored after purchase customers....... I took it to a manager (Carl) and he asked me to call him and he'll give me a disposition on what they can do to fix the issue. I've been calling and calling him to no avail. Again, anyone who purchases from this dealership must be aware of what I am writing.
