BEWARE Gossett staff are a bunch unethical LIARS. Sold me a bad 2018 Mazda CX-5 that they knew was no good. Found the former owners repair orders in which should the PCM and air conditioner were no good. They kept giving them the run around on fixing the issues. Had to have them both replaced by Norcross Mazda who are bunch unethical morons as well. Don't do business with these CROOKS !

i have stopped buying any vehicle from gossett from Porsche's to jeeps , the service department cant seem to fix anything correctly or diagnose the issue !

Mr Jones met me on the service drive, told him my problem , when truck checked out , he called me and all it needed was a battery. I am so thankful for a trustworthy place for all my vehicles. The 124 is broke again
Monday 3/15/21 the 124 broke down again on the way to work. I managed to limp into the shop at 7:00 AM. The car was running on two cylinders. The service rep told me it would be two weeks before they could even look at it. I told him I'd need a rental then. He said you no longer rented cars or provided a shuttle. I had to call and bum a ride to get to work. This is especially frustrating since the last time it was in for the same problem you kept it 11days and then told me it was not broken and gave it back to me without discovering what was wrong with it. How do you expect to stay in business providing this kind of service?

While in the past, we have offered shuttle service, it was a decision during the Covid Pandemic that we have not been running our shuttles due to making sure all our customers are safe and healthy. This service will return in the future. Our loaner vehicles, which we provide at no cost to our customers are unfortunately unavailable at times but rest assured that we certainly would have offered both services to you if they were available. We were more than happy to serve you and glad to know that your service was taken care of under warranty on this visit.
Nothing but games
Went to the dealership and waited around and over three only for them to tell me I need a cosigner. At that point I had to stop and say I was approved for move recently so...... I'll pass.

10 days before they can even look at my FIAT
Had my car towed to the dealer last Tuesday. Was told it will be 10 days before they can look at it. Really poor service.

When service vehicles are dropped off during the week, they are serviced in the order of the drop-off time. We work extremely hard to get all vehicles repaired and back on the road as soon as possible. We hope we can continue to serve you in the future and turn this review into a 5 Star experience.

Charged 1980 for service that did not fix the issue. These are just parts pushers that dont investigate the true cause of the problem. If you want to waste time and money This is the place to go!

I traded my 2014 Express for a new truck. Cully told me the truck was worth nothing, they gave me $13,000 now they have the truck listed for $21,000. They financed me at a really high rate for my credit score.. I would hate that my job was cheating people everyday. . My truck was VIN# 1C6RR6FT9ES408601 look it up! The only thing good about this place is Mr. Flowers in the service department.
