I went to purchase a 2017 Nissan Altima that was listed for 12,911. First let’s start w/ the car wasn’t even at the dealership which was told to me in a text. When “CHAMP” came back w/ the numbers now is 18,000+ He proceeds to tell me that they automatically add $4,500 to all their cars, that’s not even the taxes and fees. This place is a rip off DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME because it was a waste of mines 😡

This dealership is a joke!! Trying to sell cars that aren’t even inspected! Def tried to hook and bait us and get us in a crazy xxx mess! Glad we made the choice to walk out! Should of read these reviews before wasting my time!! Wouldn’t even have given it 1 star, but system made me!

Worst car salesmen in the world. These guys are terrible at communication. Back door fees and they wont budge on price or shipping. Worst experience ever.

Carfax and Global Auto Outlet had a vehicle on their websites. I get to the dealership where i informed the very young salesman that i was here for the RAV4 XLE Premium and he kept saying Highlander. I had to constantly tell him and show him the vehicle on THEIR webite RAV4 not Highlander. So he said he was going to get the key and when he came back he showed me the vehicle and asked do you want to test drive it...REALLY? I politely said yes then he asked for my license and said he's going to get the key. I looked at the vehicle and it was a Highlander. I went into the office and told him and he said oh that's nit a RAV4...moving along bc at this point I knew it was a bait and switch. His Floor Mgr said we have several locations and me must have sold it. I just looked at him...I searched Google before going. I even left a REAL Toyota Dealership to look at the RAV4 that was priced ridiculously low. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Zero Stars Across Board

Nice vehicles but the hidden fees are crazy. Car was listed at 24,500 ended up paying 30k and some change. And make sure you take your vehicle to a service dealership within your 30 day warranty window

beware these guys tried to sneak in a hidden $4500 in the midddle of transaction. I had to cancel the deal due to this, however the salesman are good people while the managers will try to scam you

This was the most disappointing vehicle purchase that I have ever made in my entire purchasing career. I most have not have been feeling well, because no one have ever gotten over on me like this dealership did. I would not recommend anyone buying from them. I brought a vehicle and the price was one price, however during the transaction they changed the price. I just want them to know that you did not get over on me, because what goes around comes back. I just purchase another vehicle this week and there was no price change, excellent Dealer Ship.

Champ (Robert) found me a beautiful Benz with a beautiful monthly payment in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend and will be back to this dealership when it’s time for my next set of wheels!

Went to but a truck here the vehicle was dirty for the test drive with parts lying around inside, exterior dirty, one arm broken on the captain seat which was not pictured and had many other small broken amenities like a broken tv, I drove the vehicle home and multiple dash lights instantly came on as I entered the highway, thankfully I returned the vehicle and received my money back
