Most awful place ever and dishonest.
Most awful place ever and dishonest. Beware, buy elsewhere! Check engine light on within 2 weeks. Would not fix truck kept lying saying nothing was wrong with truck and the motor was bad. Said they would trade us out of vehicle sat there 5 hours on a Friday and 2 hours on a Saturday. Kept saying our income was not good. Went down to Gunn Chevrolet bought a newer more expensive vehicle within 2 hours. You will thank me if you go elsewhere Read other reviews. Other people have experienced what we did with check engine light coming on with 2 weeks of purchase.

Just took delivery of a new 2022 Forester Limited. I ordered the car via Gillman three months ago and it finally arrived this week. This is my second Forester and this one is even better than the last one I purchased from Gillman. To complete my purchase I was assisted by Chris Arespe, Salesman, Charlie Ridriguez, New Car Director and Jimmy Guerra, finance manager. All three are professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very customer oriented which resulted in a pleasant, fair, seamless purchasing experience. I have an issue with service provided and when I call to voice my complaint I find that I am unable to get past the Operator to make my complaint. I have called my Salesman but he is never available -I have tried email twice with no response ! Management can't correct a Customer Complaint if the Operator refuses to connect call to Management- I' upset
I found a used vehicle at this business online and...
I found a used vehicle at this business online and contacted them on a Saturday. Al tried to put the hard sell on me, but I live in Dallas, and would not buy a vehicle like that. I paid for my own inspection ($250) from an independent business, and they found issues. When I texted Al, he said he would have it checked by their service department. This was the last text I got from him. I was ghosted by a dealership!!!! I left a message for the manager two days later, and then got a text from Al- (That vehicle is sold). Really??? You can't say it's just this salesperson being unethical- the GM didn't call me back. That means the whole dealership is unethical. Beware!!!!!!!

Absolutely a crooked dealership!! Buyers beware!! The “appraisal manager” is a complete xxxxxx Bag!! Do your research on your trade in value, he will attempt to low-ball you by massive margins! Go to CarMax they will beat any offer the fat slob at Gillman will offer. Then take your money and spend it at North Park, they will take care you and your family! Gillman lost the purchase of 2 Subarus this week, and will loose as many as I am able to save from this dealership! I am also talking with the military to black ball them from military members purchasing from their dealerships
Doesn’t sell to out of state
Called to inquire a vehicle but they don’t sell to out of state people. Shouldn’t state “local home delivery” on the ad if that’s the case.

We have a 2013 Outback and have decided to purchase a new Subaru. Robert Gurule, Subaru Sales Consultant, was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient and telling us about all the latest models and options and having us test drive 6 vehicles. Showed us the great deals available through the CPO program. We will almost certainly buy our new Subaru from this dealership.

Best Buying experience ever!
Could not be happier with my buying experience! I made an internet inquiry after I got home from work. I was not expecting such a prompt call from Jim Montemayor regarding my inquiry. I wasnt exactly sure what it was I was looking for in a vehicle, but Jim was professional and patient. To my surprise I even received a follow up call from Tony Osborne, a member of the management team to ensure things were moving along. Not at all did I feel pressured, I felt assured they truly wanted to go above and beyond in the assistance I received. Once a selection was made, Adam Smith, the finance manager contacted me. He was polite, professional and answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with trade in and financing. To top it off all of this was accomplished without me ever stepping foot on the lot!! I was in my SUV in less than 24 hours...delivered straight to my door! Jim made it to my home after I arrived home from work, in the cold rainy weather! I cant thank the team at Gillman enough for such a pleasant experience !
