I have been a Gillman customer for over 5 years and have always had the best experience . From our salesman H to Rudy Branham the manager. He treated us like family got us a great deal in a matter of a few hours. He is a miracle worker. I definitely refer my friends and family here all the time. Thanks guys for coming thru for us.

I’ve been coming to gillmanhonda for years. Troy is the one to go to. He will make sure you are taken care of, respects your time, and cares about his clients. You can tell he is so passionate about his job which is why he will get you to best vehicle possible for you. Not only do I buy my cars from him but my whole family has gotten cars from Troy every time. Ask for him!!

I arrived and informed them what I was interested in and how much I was willing to spend. The sales person said ok and had me test drive a car. Then when done, Once again informed him of my budget . He then got his manager and theyproceeded to tell me that they are marking the cars $6000 above MSRP. He said he would see what he could do and can back $8000 above what I wanted to pay. They could have informed me from the get go about the mark up and not waste my time.

Bought a 2015 Lexus ES350 on 11/5/21. Fell in love with vehicle immediately once I saw it on-line. That same day went in to purchase it. Sales service was great. After a month I had a flat tire it's apparent that the inspection of the vehicle was NOT done but i had to spend $1k for brand new tires. The spare tire was bald with bumps was not able to use. This vehicle also needed wipers because the ones before had cracks and streaked up the front windshield. Then on 1-7-2022 one of the front sensors went out took it into North Park Lexus to get ot fixed. The technician there at North Park Lexus pointed out that my rear brakes needed to be re-done they are at 2mm. The service person at North Park Lexus called Gillman Hondo to find out if the sensors will be covered under extended warranty. That was a a negative. The clock to the Lexus also needed to be fixed. It was obvious that the extended warranty does not cover for any of the problems that should have been fixed prior to sell this used 2015 Lexus ES350. Never again will I buy from Gillman Honda. Overall very disappointed with this vehicle since it has issues that were never addressed prior to selling it.

Issues with car after a week

It didnt take but a couple days after buying the car for some issues to pop up. Now after not even two weeks we have had several different issues with the car. It is not even that old it is only a 2017 model and several issues. I regret this decision :/

I am not naive enough to expect TOTAL honesty from a car dealership (bought lottsa cars over 50 years), BUT I really thought we had gotten past blatant false advertising. Apparently Gillman in Selma hasn't gotten the message. Looking at their ONLINE inventory for a 2022 Pilot Touring I find an ADVERTISED price of $45,540. That price is in a box on the website specifically saying "My Asking Price" and that is in fact the MRSP posted on the window. Realizing that the current environment means "dealing" is unlikely I was prepared to pay that amount. When we FINALLY go to the numbers after being made to wait an hour for the "sales manager" AG ... the asking price BEFORE DEALER ADD ONS was over $50000.00 and after add ons was over $53K! Even after showing the sales associate the online ad and him doing the dance of "let me talk to my manager" the asking price was still over $50K and although they made some modest allowance improvement on my trade in we were still $12K away from what we expected . We had used their online trade in estimate tool (and True Car) and both had shown $7k more than we were offered. So ... I believe Gillman is guilty of false advertising at best. If they need to ask above MSRP then do so on the web site! Do NOT show a price you never intended to honor. Until its gone the website with the false advertising is included below. got a new-to-me pilot at gillman. it’s where my family comes for a reliable vehicle and great service. everyone i interacted with was polite and professional, from wanda at reception to monty, my sales rep, to rudy in finance. it was fantastic. i had done my research and knew which vehicle i wanted. monty and rudy made it happen and better than i had budgeted for. i even had a question about something on my pilot before i left and monty referred me to ‘spanky’ in service. they are a team that knows who to lean on. i love it. thank you wanda, for always being there to greet me and ask how i’m doing before you set me up with someone great. thank you monty lagunas, for treating me with so much respect. thank you rudolph “rudy” branham, for crunching the numbers and getting me a great deal. thank you brian “spanky” scott, for helping with a random question and checking back to make sure i got it solved. the guys in make ready did an awesome job before i drove off. i recommended all of them when you visit gillman honda.
