They never reached out to me about the jeep they had for sale. This last attempt was my second and last attempt. I'm not in the market for a jeep, but this one caught my eye.

I brought my 2013 Escape to Matt in Service Dept. He charged me 1,975.00, had my car for a month and when I picked it up there was no change is how it ran. Then he wanted another 1500.00 to fix a different issue!

I got my car there and loved it. and 6months later had to replace axles. I had gotten warranty and they said I was over miles allowed. Had it a year and had to replace headlamp 4 times. Within that year. They say not their problem will replace headlamp but charge arm and leg. Then horn just quit working, and then started making noise and found out Transmission is messed up. They are super nice but apparently don't have good quality vehicles. I have a friends that has bought vehicle from them and 3 months later motor messed up they did fix that but my friend had nothing but trouble since. He finally just traded in with different dealership. My niece has a car that she has had a lot of issues with. Her husband is a mechanic and has put alot of money into it. They are friendly but DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIER VEHICLES!!!!!!!

Took my car in for my oil change appointment and he told me he couldn't get to me until tomorrow and I told him that I had an appointment for today and then he told me that I must of called another Dealership I said no I called you he finally looked it up and did the oil change but didn't seem very happy about it. I'll never buy another car from them or have it serviced by them ever again. Wal-Mart is next door and is friendlier and won't lie to you when you purchase a vehicle from them.

After purchasing a vehicle, paid cash and waited 3 days to get my vehicle! I was told it would be delivered the following day! After being told it would have an oil change and full tank of gas for the inconvenience I picked up my vehicle because they lied and couldn’t deliver it, the oil was NOT changed and the gas was on E! When calling for updates, the salesman didn’t answer and avoided me instead of keeping me updated on the deal! I don’t recommend anyone to shop here!

I started looking online, then submitted some of my information online which lead Ashley to reach out to me. She was so sweet and caring about my needs. Once I got there, I wasn't able to finance what I initially inquired on, but Ashley led me in the right direction of what I needed to do to get my credit going. She explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had at all. She is very professional, while being able to make it fun and easy and most of all quick. She has since called me twice to make sure I didn't have any questions at all. Very very very pleased with my purchase from her.

I first started servicing my vehicle here when I moved into town. They folks were so friendly that when it came time to look for a new car I stopped here first. I checked other dealerships but I kept coming back to Gillie Hyde for the prices and how friendly they are. They are great and I'm very happy!
