I was looking to buy a truck from here as i’ve heard good
I was looking to buy a truck from here as i’ve heard good things about the service and their inventory from family members who worked with Mike and Troy. Went and talked to their finance manager named Hector as he was there instead and immediately felt attacked by him. The best way to describe his approach in making a deal with us was arrogant, narcissistic, and frankly a xxx. This experience has ruined my perspective about this business, and I will be sharing this with other friends and family who are customers or soon to be. I will be buying a truck from a different dealership for more solely because of this experience with Hector. It’s a shame a great salesman and person such as Troy cannot benefit off this deal due to things out of his control (HECTOR).

Vince did a great job showing me all the trucks on the lot I wanted to see. And took more time showing me everything about the vehicle I was interested. No sales pressure just answers to questions. An absolute fantastic experience! Vince Hoskins was our salesman- he was incredibly informative and kept us involved throughout the entire process. The purchasing process was pretty quick and transparent. Vince was knowledgeable, genuine and friendly. Ernie Boyd was the finance agent- he explained all the paperwork we signed as well as fully answered any questions that we had. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and courteous. We will be coming back to Gibson Truck World for all future truck purchases! 10/10

I got my truck from GTW on February 2021, and I'm writing a review and rating 5 stars on April 2022 to Vince who helped me find this good deal!
Beware!!! I bought a truck from them last YEAR and put 6k miles on it. Returned to the dealership to sell or trade the truck and was told that the truck was worth 10k less after 1 year and 6k miles. And they could care less if you're a returning customer. If you want to pay well over market value for a truck, go see Gibson!
Kevin, We do understand your frustrations and would like to extend our apologies. However, we can’t and we don’t control the market value for trucks. Please understand that we offered you the amount that is suitable for your truck. As it is a 2016 F150 with a 2.7L engine. The Kelly Blue Book Trade In on that vehicle is $32,568. The Black Book Wholesale is $30,850 and the MMR is $28,900. Gibson Truck World was transparent in this pricing and offer you 34-35k which is way more than some dealers even have that truck selling for. So we can’t give you 42k for a truck that we will not be able to get 42k for due to the market and it being a 2.7L. When you purchase this vehicle the price of trucks was higher and more limited. As the trucking market continues to “get better” the demand goes with it. More than 65% of our business is repeat customers and referrals. We love our returning customers. Karoline, My issue with Gibson is NOT my trade offer. My issue is that Gibson took advantage of my wife and son June of last year when they sold them the same 2.7-liter Ford 150 that your telling me now doesn't carry great value, but apparently it did then? Unfortunately, I wasn't present to over look this deal until it was done, but we both know this truck wasn't worth 45k last year. And now my son is tanked 10k in a truck thanks to Gibson's honesty with their customers. I know for a FACT that the sales department NEVER provided my wife and son a Kelley Blue Book for this truck during the sale. We both know if this was done, that truck would have never sold. I except the fact you may take advantage of adults, but my son is 20yrs old, 19yrs old at the time and is now in a horrible financial position thanks to Gibson. I hope that your team can hang their heads high KNOWING they purposely put young adults, that trusted Gibson in such a terrible position.
