Please do your homework before purchasing anything from these snakes! Beware!!! I bought a truck from them last YEAR and put 6k miles on it. Returned to the dealership to sell or trade the truck and was told that the truck was worth 10k less after 1 year and 6k miles. And they could care less if you're a returning customer. If you want to pay well over market value for a truck, go see Gibson!

I drove 4 hrs south for this place and If there were 20 starts, I would give them ALL 20. First and foremost I want to thank Vince Hoskins for his time. I would like to say I have ALWAYS been a Toyota girl so even looking at a Dodge RAM 2500 was not even an option for me BUT I got to Gibson Truck World and I was spoken to with such transparency and ALL of my questions (which were more then 500) were all answered. I felt so comfortable enough to test drive what is NOW my new baby!!! My Dodge Ram 2500 Duel Turbo Diesel Truck. I loved their customer service and I loved how I was even given a tour of the premises and was even taken to their in-house service garage. I left sooo satisfied. I HIGHLY recommend GIBSON TRUCK WORLD.

I was looking to buy a truck from here as i’ve heard good things about the service and their inventory from family members who worked with Mike and Troy. Went and talked to their finance manager named Hector as he was there instead and immediately felt attacked by him. The best way to describe his approach in making a deal with us was arrogant, narcissistic, and frankly a xxx. This experience has ruined my perspective about this business, and I will be sharing this with other friends and family who are customers or soon to be. I will be buying a truck from a different dealership for more solely because of this experience with Hector. It’s a shame a great salesman and person such as Troy cannot benefit off this deal due to things out of his control (HECTOR).
