Oil change and tire rotation was fine. Nice waiting area and staff were incredibly kind. I just wish it didn't take so long. Over and hour for this service seems ridiculous.

No nonsense - just great service

I used to hate buying a new car. There was always some kind of trickery or nonsense that would send me right out the front door. I have not had this experience with Gerald Subaru Naperville (although I did have it at Gerald-N Aurora). My sales person was straight with me and worked with me over email to establish my price before I walked in. None of the numbers changed. No suprises. That is refreshing.

I appreciate the thoroughness of the inspection, the easy-to-read report, and the overall courtesy of everyone I was in contact with. Not gonna lie... I actually look forward to milage inspections on my car! Reading a book while enjoying a complimentary cup of coffee in the Quiet Room is my new Happy Place. I love *everything* Subaru! :-)

Our sales representative was Ehab Aref and he was able to deliver an above and beyond customer service by helping us to decide on the right choice patiently. Ehab was able to guide us through different financial plans to help us stay within budget which even helped us to decide on buying another car. He did his best to keep us well informed and updated since the first visit until the car arrived. Whenever I had questions he was always reachable. Even after the sale he went over every detail and option in the car with us to make sure we got the best of it. Ehab was well knowledgeable, patient and most importantly very honest. Our finance ( Kenny ) also did great job explaining patiently in details all the available financing options that might help us to save money. Overall was great experience and can’t wait until our second car arrives
