The car they sold me is alright. A few problems here and there that shows it wasn't properly checked at all. At the end, I got lucky and the car is good because it is a VW with low-milleage but dealing with the dealer to take care of the license plate was unacceptable. It has been 10 weeks and they didn't sent me the license plate. They say they need something from the previous owner. So, they sold me a car they could not sell. He had the nerves to complain because I have been going to its shop every week asking for the license plate while I should simply be waiting. How rude!! Well next week I was going to travel out of state and the dealer is not handling it which is unacceptable! This will bring me some problems. So, be aware, the dealer is nice, will probably sell you a decent car but the follow up process is just inadmissible and you can count on him just to gain a huge headache. In my case, almost 12 weeks without a license plate.

Took me 20 minutes to buy my car and that was including the paperwork. Highly recommend this place. Full on good deals and options. No need to worry about dealer fees.

Nothing to say but that I had almost perfect service and my car has been great to us. Had an issue with a tire but it was replace at no cost to us

Prior to purchasing the car, I asked for a shipping quote. She quoted me a reasonable price so I Purchased this car within 2 days of speaking with them. Overnighted the check to pay for the car and sent the delivery address (we have several homes). Soon as the check was cashed, I started receiving the run around. I was verbally told the car would be delivered within in 5 days after purchase, that is a joke. No one would call back, at one point they couldn’t locate my car, and apparently it received a tune up twice in a weeks time. I am very aware that companies are not operating like normal due to the virus but the lack of communication about a vehicle that was already paid for is unprofessional. After calling from a number they couldn’t screen, I was finally able to speak to someone about where my car was that had been paid for a week ago at this point. A week and a day later, on Wednesday, I was told my vehicle would finally be delivered Thursday by 7pm but it was almost $100 more for delivery than I was quoted. After going back and forth about what I was quoted, I ended up paying $19 more than originally quoted, which I was fine with. The car was finally received; however, it was delivered to the wrong address AND an empty tank. I was able to get someone to take me to the location which was 20 minutes away to meet the delivery man. On the way to the gas station, I just so happen to run out of gas. I was not looking for a full tank, but the fact that this company has already put me through enough, enough gas to make it to the gas station would have been great. I do not recommend anyone purchase from this company, especially from out of state.

Drove 3 Hours after a long negotiation by phone / email checking and double checking condition of vehicle so it would not be wasted journey . arrived to find 2 engine parts on the desk . Dealers mechanic could not work on for 3 hours then would take 3 hours to complete ..dealer offered $250 - the parts were 2 engine mounts as the car vibrates so bad on idle !!! Would cost a lot more than that to fix issue . Walked away Had to get a rental Car 3 hours home .. never again !

BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT FALL VICTIM! This dealer offers shipping to any state, due to the current pandemic I thought I would take advantage of this offer because I reside in a different state. Paul swore to my husband and I that the car was in great condition. He stated that there were very small dents in the driver door (normal wear and tear) he also stated that there was only one light on on the dashboard which was the SRS light due to a faulty sensor. My husband and I traded in our previous vehicle, Paul arranged for our trade-in to be picked up on 5/5/2020. The vehicle we purchased was not delivered until 5/12/2020. Upon arrival the CHECK ENGINE light was on, there where dents in other parts of the car and the vehicle clearly was not in the shape that Paul promised us it was in. Typically I would not purchase a vehicle without seeing it in person and test driving it but because of the Pandemic I thought I would make an exception and Paul seemed to be a honest guy. I was very wrong once payment was received on his end he changed very quickly, very argumentative and rude. I will never do business here again. THIS DEALER IS SHADY. Also he promised my vehicle would come with paper tags and it didn’t.

So we bought a nice used Mercedes. However, the paperwork never showed, until I made multiple calls. After 60 days they sent me paperwork...BUT they somehow they replaced my plates on my personal car instead of a new registration. So now i have to register 2 cars. I called and texted with ZERO responses. DONT USE....

Beware this Car Dealer

Purchased a 2009 Ford Fusion and found a Mickey Mouse work around to avoid fixing AC problem. Wireing caused car battery to drain overnight. Dealer refused to fix problem until I already took the car to Ford Dealer. Cost me over $800 and I ask dealer to at least pay half of the repair bill since he insisted the car was checked by his mechanic. Either mechanic was the cause or incompetent. Shop elsewhere and save yourself a problem. They do not stand behind their word.
