Been a customer for almost 9 years and have never had any issues until the last year. Wife’s car needed a few warranty repairs which were like pulling teeth. Had an appointment for repairs for several months only to have the repairs not finished in almost 3 days with zero contact. The service manager and service tech refused to help us and the lady that promised to clear it up has not contacted us as promised. Absolute trash for service and follow up but sales is phenomenal.

Mr, Hayden, Thank you for the description of me and my attempt to assist you. I did not give a date or time when I would call, I did say it would be as soon as possible and I would make sure you were taken care of. I can assure you I keep my word, and I was trying to make sure the date we gave you would be a date that we could start and complete the repair and the oil change since that was the reason you were upset. I was waiting to see the log for Monday, and to see if it could be done on Monday as well. When you have an appointment for service, that does not mean the moment you arrive they will start the repair. If the techs have a repair that takes a little longer in front of you, it will push it back a bit, but it will still be repaired the same day.. You decided to not let them finish that and wanted to go ahead and pick up your vehicle before the end of the day.. That was your choice and your right to do so, and while I understand you wanted it to do done quicker, it still would have been completed the same day.

It clearly would not have been done the same day as it was there for over 7 hours already without having been completed. Why bother to schedule an appointment if they just do it whenever they feel like getting to it. This is not the first time this has happened. This was the proverbial straw for us.

Purchased a vehicle with 14k miles and one owner. 30 days later dashboard light is on. Had a finance guy come from behind that extremely tall desk, get IN my face and yell at me to get out. They’re great people while you’re buying but once the dead is done they treat you like xxxx. Would not recommend at all.

Our Finance Managers would have nothing to do with any Service issues or needs. They would direct you to the Service Department to have the issue identified and repaired. Our Finance Managers have offices and are not located behind the sales towers. They are both very helpful and customer oriented, they would never yell at a customer and tell them to leave. Once the finance portion is completed they would not interact with a customer after that point. Did you speak to your sales person or a Sales Manager? Did you take the vehicle to the Service Department or speak to a Service Writer? They worked on my car for three months got my car back didn’t make it a mile down the road when my axle broke I do not recommend them for any mechanical work

Great Service Team at Galleana

My daughter's 2017 KIA Sorento developed a severe oil leak. We took the car to Galeana KIA and they were able to diagnose the root cause failure as an internal failure of bolts pulling from the engine block. We had purchased an extended warranty from a third party company AUL, but they proved worthless citing read the contract. Corporate KIA in my discussions with them were not much better. Then, the Service Manager, Jeff Smith got involved. He was able to work with KIA, his GM and parts distributors to repair the car at a fair reasonable cost. Jeff, his techs and the office staff were highly professional, informative and focused on delivering a quality product. Although we did not purchase our KIA from Galleana I wish we had based on this experience! Great Team at Galleana.

1 month for diagnosis repair . Still parking lot

Why can’t I get my car looked at. Kia Sorento tow to Galeana 6 weeks ago. Service intake guy said 3 week till they can look at it. I get an email April 1 saying I missed my appointment. I called I said how do I miss an appointment when the the car in your lot. Then I get we’ve only had 3 technicians because of virus all the rest quit? I said really you can’t hire more techs? No wants to work was the answer, I said I don’t believe that. I called later in the week and was told last Thursday April 17 it was gonna be look later that afternoon. I called Friday April 18 and now they said they couldn’t push it to the garage and need a tow truck to bring it in. Car has engine/ oil light on and it’s documented. He even stated they tried to start it. Now I’m thinking more damage. I’m about to give up and have it towed next door to jt Kia. What is wrong here and My wife an I have bought 3 cares here. Call me mr Hudson we need to talk
