Poor Customer Service

Horrible with customer service. The service department is a joke. Took my car in for AWD Service light, was the TCCM, part is delayed, but the service personnel at the front desk really did not seem to give me much information, or anything to ease my concerns. Just a robot getting a paycheck. The part could be delayed a couple of weeks, the car should be able to drive fine, be careful or anything of those words, or we will be in contact as soon as the part comes in to schedule the repair. Like as soon as he was done with the part delay, I just sat there in the waiting room trying to figure out what the next step is, get my, car? Make a call? What??? Bunch of Jokes, no personality on any of these guys. Why do they sit in the front then? Not very customer-focused or never trained well.

Overall experience 1.0 Does not recommend this dealer. Did not purchase a vehicle.

Bassel really went the extra mile to help me. Having delt with mechanical issues from my previous car, he was able to help with the trade in, and find a car that more than met my expectations. He's sincere and considerate. I've bought several cars with Fury and they have always been great to work with, but my experience with Bassel has solidified my choice to use Fury for my and my family's needs.

I bought a new(used) truck and was lucky enough to work with Brad Wheeler. He answered my questions promptly, was quick to meet any needs I had and made the over all experience seamless. Brad went out of his way to get me an owners manual and was great in his follow up. I highly recommend Stillwater fury for any needs you may have for service or the buying process. Thanks Brad!

Sage was amazing ! He knew what he was talking about, was able to answer all questions I had on any vehicle. His customer service is 100%. I did not feel like I was bought, he made sure I got the best deal and he worked around what I could afford. Amazing location !

Two weeks ago, I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for service at the Stillwater location, and I was informed by Rae that I need new brakes and rotors as soon as possible. I told her I will be back in about a week or two to have them replaced. A few days later I hit a large pothole and one of the brake pads fell out and it started to grind on the metal and the noise was horrific. Therefore, I drove the vehicle right to the Stillwater dealership, and Dustin the head service advisor greeted me upon arrival, and I informed him of my recent situation, and he was able to get it in immediately for service and the brakes and rotors were replaced and the vehicle was ready for pick-up the next morning. I must admit in the past there were some issues with turning vehicles around in a timely manner. However, that no longer is the case! I want to acknowledge Jeff the technician for doing an awesome brake job along with Dustin for the excellent customer service experience.

Had a great experience with Fury Motors in Stillwater in ordering and picking up my new Dodge Challenger. Mikki and Brad were fantastic to work with and they went out of their way to keep me updated every step of the way on my new car. During my recent service visit, my experience was exceptional. The entire process from driving in to the service area to leaving Fury Motors with my Jeep Grand Cherokee was handled very professionally by the employees I encountered. Each person was very friendly while paying complete attention to my concerns and needs. I was very happy with the service provided by all involved. I was also very happy with the performance of my jeep once I was back out on the road again.

Sold a car I purchased from them. Tried to cancel the extended warranty. What a joke! Everyone avoids you like the plague. Had to go straight to the warranty company to get anywhere. Of course they're going to lose a little money so they want nothing to do with you. Take your business elsewhere!! They also initially tried to low ball me on my trade. It wasn't until I was getting ready to walk that they became a little more reasonable .
