I have always gone to Fox Valley VW for service on my Tiguan. Jeff in the service department is awesome and I always trust his recommendations, and am always highly confident and pleased with the service I receive. I typically wait for my service to be completed and the waiting area is clean, comfortable & has many amenities. All the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend Fox Valley VW.

My family had one of the worst experiences in the car buying process that weve ever had at this or any dealership, the new car manager is without a doubt one of the rudest managers weve ever experienced. This individual will scare off customers like us for sure, if you can tolerate rude arrogant know it all new car managers, you will be fine here, otherwise go elsewhere !! ( We did not buy the car because of HIM ! )

2022 Passat Purchase

Kenan greeted me at the door and was very courteous and friendly. He showed me several cars and explained current pricing. He recommended a test drive of the Passat and allowed me to take the car for a drive by myself. I explained I wanted to see some other cars and if I was interested, I’d return. I came back a few hours later and decided that I wanted the car. He sat with me in the car, synched my phone and showed me all the features. They cleaned up the car and I was out the door. Very pleasant car buying experience. Kenan was great.

A lost opportunity for buyer and seller

First time I've had a sales rep rip the documents package/service records from my hand and storm off angrily before we could even discuss our offer. Literally in mid sentence as I was explaining. All this apparently because I pointed out a burned out blower resister( only one fan speed for HVAC), an inoperative air conditioner (no cold air at all) and mentioned that KBB's average dealer retail for the car was only $119 dollars more than our offer. There was more wrong with the car, but even then we were still interested. The man basically threw away a sale. We were happy to leave.

Had a nice experience buying my car. Love my car so far. I noticed that there was no owners manual when I got home. I've called FIVE times to request one. I get put into some voicemail. No reply. Very disappointed.
