I took my car in because my screen told me it needed
I took my car in because my screen told me it needed service. I didn’t know what that meant. Maybe I should have been told when purchasing car, by the sales person, exactly what to expect. This whole experience of purchasing car could have been easier if I had a better sales person. It’s been a confusing mess since. I have found out so much about my car by using YouTube. When I took my car in for service, I thought it was because something was wrong, not that it was time for a service. The service person responsible for meeting me and taking keys etc., told me this and that. I wanted to ask him questions. He did answer questions, but had more questions and he had already walked away, thinking he answered my questions. I was talking to him and he wasn’t there, as I was looking in my back seat because I thought that was part of the problem, my seatbelts. He answered questions, which I did not understand. Just because he works there everyday, doesn’t mean I know what he is talking about. I think I have figured out what I wanted to know, but haven’t been in my car today and will check it later. The whole process was a mess. When I was given my keys and checking out I thought I owed money. I didn’t. How would I know, no one ever told me. I just hate things weren’t explained to me at purchase and things again, aren’t explained at service. How in the heck was I to know there wasn’t a charge for service, no one ever told me. I felt like a fool. I still feel like a fool.

Always exceptional service. Professional and friendly. Only negative is that they no longer stock the Lexus tumblers in the parts area. My sales person, Keith Schendel, has always provided excellent service and has guided me through my 11 Lexus vehicles.

They had the car ready for me to test drive when I got
They had the car ready for me to test drive when I got there! They allowed me to put my daughters car seat in the vehicle for my test drive! The only thing I didn’t like about them is that they let us take it for a test drive before doing an inspection on the vehicle! We told them it pulled to the right during the test drive they said they would do an alignment on it before we could pick it up! When I went and picked it up it was still pulling so they had me bring it back in because they didn’t do it! But overall very friendly people! They opened the doors when we walked up and greeted us and we’re all around nice place to get a vehicle from.
