I'm reserving a 5-star review at this time pending how well the service goes on my 2014 Ford focus ST. And let me say, that, I appreciate the mechanic bringing my attention to several issues with my vehicle, but there is still one issue unresolved - the key fob. I want more than anything to have a positive experience with the dealership, and hope that Ford of West Memphis do me good.

Overall experience 3.0 Does recommend this dealer.

Terrible exp. First time ford buyer last time buyer with the same week. Typical car deal shenanigans especial. At the end . Lots of lies in order to get me to sign and after ford crédit sent back to dealer in order to get me to work on the issues . Upon we arriving and reluctantlt resigning any papers being shoved in my facts. I started asking questions and holding them to what was original agreed to was ask to leave by the police. I

Friendly and very helpful. Great place to get your car serviced would not think of any other place a Christian environment fair prices they dont do work that is not needed

Vehicle went in for a recall on the airbag system . Vehicle belongs to my elderly mother . With in 15 minutes , they came back with a list of things that they said needed immediate attention . Spark plug, 427.80 , coolant flush 149.95, Top engine clean 129.95 ( which I have never heard of ) fuel injectors -clean 149.95, Throttle body service 74.95 , Transmission flush ,189.95, Engine air filter 25.00 ( which was not old at all ) Cabin air filter 79.95 ( that’s easy to get out behind glove box door ) Engine oil change 39.95 , ( That’s not due for another 2000 miles , window sticker showing that from last oil change , and Tire pressure Moniter receiver / transponder 395.94 ( in other words it needs a 60 sensor on one of the wheels that monitors air pressure , now granted the light was on but tire pressure was checked about a week before ) All these problems that none of them except the tire pressure light that was on in the dash, was checked . It is impossible to check all of these components in 15 min . not to mention none of the air filters etc were even checked . Shame on y’all for trying to take advantage of a women , let alone a elderly person . No morals ,and I would never recommend y’all for anything .

Advertised one price, but when you get there they add an additional 6k saying the advertised price does not include their fees. So misleading to consumers

Everyone was so very helpful. I hadn't seen anything that I wanted for months on the service road on the way home everyday. Had been wanting a new truck forever it seemed. I had a 2010 F150 the color I loved (the beautiful Royal Blue but just wanted a new one. They got on line found what we thought I would like. That got pretty darn close. I have yet to drive it but know that I'll be just fine especially a really good radio. Yea 94.1 The Wolf. I would like to very graciously thank all of the people that put up with my funny ways and hope that I'll be around to deal with them again in the future. Thank you again Caroline

I bought 2 vehicles from Nick Coulter within a week. After my first outstanding buying experience I didn't think the 2nd could compare. I couldn't have been more wrong! Nick the salesman Jack the manager and Keith in finance are all the best at what they do. They have definitely set the bar so high for quality and service nobody could possibly come close to comparing. They found me the perfect car while handling everything with such class. With this team Ford of West Memphis makes you wish you could buy a new car everyday!

We went to Ford of West Memphis to just start looking. We wanted a specific 2015 truck. Nick Coulter found us the exact 2015 f150 we were looking for down to the color and rim style. We also got alot more options than we requested which is great. He was amazing with our 9 yr old son throughout the buying process. He has been telling everyone what a great time he had with his buddy Nick at Ford of West Memphis. Nick Coulter took all of the headache and hassle out of buying a new ride and made it a relaxing fun experience for the whole family. He has made a customer for a lifetime.
