Good and bad
My service advisor was awesome, his name was Frandy. He really tried everything he could to help me get the issue resolved. In the end we couldn't do it because it was not covered under warranty which i understand. One thing I did not like is how the people in the back work. Brought my car in for multiple issues on a Monday morning because i know that they get packed and these things take time. They took the can car in and only checked one thing, then proceeded to call me and tell me the issue and did not check the rest. Then i had to wait again for them to get a change to put it back on the lift to check my other issues. And then when they checked for the other issues they claimed nothing was wrong, which was not the case. I had to go over there and show them and then they acknowledged that there was an issue. They could have checked everything in 1 day but instead it waited a whole week for them to check everything out. This is a bit annoying but they do take care of me at the end of the day.

The buying process for my son's new Ford Mustang was not stressful or rushed. The sales representative and manager gave us time to discuss things as a family, and then gave us the best deal that we could afford. We were also able to stay within our budget.

Ford Explorer 2017
Took in my Explorer for an oil change, at pickup in the afternoon the battery mysteriously was dead, so I ended up buying a new battery. So they gave me a loaner (Ford Explorer 2021), more on this later. I also notice new scratches on my right door, the manager said he would take care of it. I picked it up the next day and the scratches were less noticeable, but not perfect. I wanted to get the new Ford Explorer 2021 or 2022 in the V6 Turbo, however after driving the 2021, I was disappointed with the interior. What a piece of crap, I hate the look, and the cheap materials, the stupid screen, and the lack of the gear knob. Unless Ford changes the interior I will not buy one.

Deceitfull
The sales person Ephraim was very helpful and worked hard to make sure I had a good experience. My problem was with the finance guy Julio, who made me believe that I was approved with only the trade in, offered me all the add ons, signed all the papers and I did not take the car that night because the battery died. I went the next day to pick up the car, when I asked to remove the add ons because I decided that I didn't need them and would just add to the cost unnecessarily, he told me that I actually had not been approved and needed to put down an amount of money that I didn't have, had he told me that the previous night before signing the paperwork, I would had rejected the offer because my budget did not allow it. Had I take the car that night, I would have gone through the embarrassment of having to return the car. This practice should be ilegal and not make a customer go thru this false stage where you obviously get excited because you were "approved " and then denied. Just be upfront with people and if they cannot buy the car or come up the money requested, then nobody wastes time. I did not buy the car, yet I keep getting emails congratulating me on my purchase and to rate my experience. It's like pouring vinegar on a wound. Very frustrating.
