Ford of Kendall, Mach E Experience
We drove down from Fort Lauderdale because they had a few Mach E's in stock. After arriving we found out that they only had two. One was driven by the GM and one was on the floor. Luckily the one on the floor was perfect and after their apology for the internet guy misunderstanding we closed the deal. The team there is professional and courteous and was willing to work with us on any issues we may have had. Overall I was pleased with the deal and would recommend.
Excellence Experience
As soon as we arrived at the Dealer we met Tony Alonso, immediately we had a nice connection, he was very nice, polite and attentive to our needs. We were interested in buying a Ford Fusion but due to we didn't find something we like, he help us find a better option, a Ford Edge Tltanium 2018, which we fell in love with. Tony did all the arrangement which came out the best experience, everything was quick. We would definitely recommend Tony and Ford of Kendall.

Do Not Buy Here
DO NOT BUY HERE. Very bad experience buying 'As is' Apparently this dealership believes they don't even have to check the oil before selling a car. My car had a broken dipstick and 2 days after purchase refused to repair a $12 part due to 'AS IS' purchase. What a joke. So they will never see me or any family member and also any friends or acquaintance if I catch them before buying. Thank you Rene Ruiz
