Great Experience For 1st timer
We were immediately greeted and assisted by Ricardo who was extremely nice and attentive. He listened to our needs and delivered!!! Then credit manager Juan and insurance representative Sarai...all extremely nice!! The car needed a couple minor cosmetic repairs and was done within 3 days along with an awesome cleaning detail! Will definitely go back when we are ready for our next vehicle!

Bought a F150
Nice experience. Easy purchase. No hassle or tricks. If I have any complaints , it would be that I bought a used car and they didn't change the cabin air filter. The cleaning was not very good. Not a big deal. When I got home I washed it and changed the cabin air filter.

Customer service and facilities are amazing. Hi we?re i continue with two problems that the truck went in for . One is large leak in fuel evap system, the other is a leak in the passenger side sunroof. Paid over $500 amd no repair.

A Bad time buying a car
I had the worst experience buying a car in all my life! I had to call police just to have an idea.... I asked to talked to the owner but I think he doesn't care about customer either.

Lies and Deception!!!!!
So I generally do not complain. I'm a Marine Corps Veteran with 2 tours. I have never been insulted and lied to by an organization so much which has led to me writing this review. I Bought this vehicle 08/23/2020 from Ford Of Kendall From Alexi and of course the vehicle was used but I had 2 simple request and was "PROMISED" that it would be taken care of. (1) Spare key (2) Valve Cover Gasket Replacement. As a standard when work is done on a vehicle it is updated on Carfax and you are given documentation proving that the work was done. I was told verbally and promised that it would be updated!!!! Needless to say No documentation and where the small leak was, it's still there. I've driven down to Kendall from Fort Lauderdale, which is a 40 min drive each way, on 2 other occasions after purchasing the vehicle to resolve the issues only to get the run around I asked to speak to a manager and was left outside to wait only to be promised that I would get a call from a local locksmith to resolve the issue. Also called and spoke to an EDDY who claimed to be the manager and would call me back. It's only taken me this long to give a review because I wanted to give this company the benefit that they would stand behind their word!!!! Also had a child who was in a coma for 4 months, so writing a a review was not a priority at the time. Needless to say I would not purchase another vehicle from these people nor would I recommend anyone! Eager to take my $3k cash deposit and not deliver what they promised!!!!!!!! Disgusted and unhappy consumer.

Not good. What I have noticed is that there is plenty movement but no progress. I will have to return my car for a reset. I was told that I would be there for about an hour but stayed almost 3 hours. My service as completed and had to inform the rep. As a business professor, I call this a lack of efficiency and effective. Had it not been for my maintenance plan, I would never return. I have a car with Chevy and their service is exceptional.
